Pregnancy & Parenting - 11 August 2007

Well I am looking for the most effective birth control method.. and am thinking.. doubling or even tripling up on bc may not be a terrible idea.
- I REALLY don't wanna get pregnant and its pretty much my ultimate fear lol.. (do not tell me to not be having sex then lol and btw i am still a virgin)..

I've been considering the pill, however worry that its not effective enough.. I was also looking at iud's but then heard they failed 40 percent of the time (in real life, not ideally as they have listed).

suggestions/opionions please? is especially helpful if is based on personal experience! thanks!

-ALSO can you double up on birth control AND an iud AND a condom (lol and maybe withdrawl?)

I am going to be 8 weeks on sunday and I don't know what it is but I have bloating and I cant suck in anymore because it hurts could I already growing a bump?? I am a 5 foot 9 inch 140 pound woman. I've heard that it works for some women, and doesn't work for others. I'm at 39 weeks today, and my doctor is willing to strip my membranes, but he says it "doesn't work". I'm ready to have this baby, but don't want to do something unneccesary or painful for no reason. But if it gets things going, I think it would be worth it. I'm 5 cm. dilated and 70% effaced, but the contractions that I was having have slowed waaaay down (they were 3-4 minutes apart, but only progessing me very slowly). My doctor will not induce me until I am at 41 weeks. What do you think about me getting my membranes stripped?

Could I make alot of money if I stood next to the highway off ramps and held a sign current to my situation that said "Single parent of three, tired, hungry, no money, opportunities, time or help. Please give.

I saw a man hold a sign similar to his situation and almost every car gave him something. I just need money in general, and any sort of in kind help like babysitters so I can attend class and work as much as I can.

my baby gurl is 3 months old, and the pickest lil baber ever, but she wont take to a bottle, and hates others holding her, so i did the unthinkable fell in the trap of my family and got a babysitter for 6 hours and me and my fiance went to an uncles wedding . and she cryed the hole time pretty much and didnt take her bottle when we came inside she was soo happy to see me she was smilling and laughing, but she is doing this weird *** thing i have never seen befor. Holding her breath , tightning her face, and her mouth is wide open and when we move her or let her wait a few seconds she lets out a huge sigh... but shes now asleep and doing it still, and the baby sitting assumed she was gasping for hair after having a fit and didnt call us about it! what is she doing is it normal? IS SHE OK????? i cant deal i havent stoped crying( although iam a huge freak of a mom! please fill me in!!!! i need help! i have no one to ask. the nurse line just reads u sytoms from the health book?!?!

My son is about to loose his first tooth. I have absoluty no clue what the tooth fairy gives out these days (money, small toys?)

soft, not hard at all. uncomfortable as if i was 6 months already i had ultrasounds but they say everything looks good but i am wondering can they tell how far along i am by the ultrasound? because the doc says i am 10 weeks as of now but my stomach is just huuuge, with my son I did show until i was 4 months anyone knows what might be happening? Do you think it should be mandatory to hand out a book for all Teens to read about how US parents just KNOW what is best for them. We do know what they do we have our own Parental Radar.. we can almost read them like a book because we have been Teens ourselves... I feel like children forget about this ... that we we NOT born yesterday.. Oh and that we do have eyes in the back of our head! LOL. Moral of story... when they get our age they will stop and think about how RIGHT we were.. then they will appriciate us... till then I smile ALOT!
