Unfortunatly only abstinence is 100% effective, otherwise try the pill and use a condon as well (no stds that way either!).
There is an implant - a lot of people I know use it, but I am not 100% about that.

Ok hun first off even doubling up doesn't always work. We have some family friends who used birth control pills, sponge, and condoms and still managed to have 3 children before they both had tubal/vasectomy to prevent any more.
Definately get on birth control pills. Almost every IUD on the market also release low dose of the same hormones in the pills so you shouldn't do those both at the same time. ALWAYS use a condom since this is the only way to prevent STD's. Also using VCF (vaginal contraceptive film) or similar suppository of spermicide. Pulling out doesn't do much good since there is still sperm in the fluid that a man produces during sex. Also consider on top of these methods adding in the rythem method. This is where you avoid sex during your fertile times. It is not reliable as a main form of prevention but it can help.

I'm on it, and have been on it since grade 8, for acne problems. It most definitely helped me in quite a few ways. For example, I never when through the hating my parents stage, because it evened out my hormones quite a bit. I'm 23 now. Over the years, I had a few problems. For one, the pill that I was on was for acne, and when I started getting lots of non-birth control related health problems, they decided the pill had too much of some chemical that can cause blood clots in it, and with my health stuff they didn't want to take any more risks, so I switched pills. Some gave me much more acne, some made me absolutely psycho, but I'm on one now that I love (Yasmin). A couple things you should note: each pill is different and will effect people differently. Talk to your doctor about what's best for you, and make sure you tell her about any history in your family of blood clots or anything of the sort. Another thing, every so often you'll hear in the news about some pill that caused blood clots that's "being looked into". My doctor told me that the risk of clots is always there, and that person just happened to get them, and then the family is making a big thing in the news about it because they got scared. Though you should always keep that in mind, don't let the news reports scare you. There are other options too. There's the birth control patch, there's an IUD (I think that's what it's called), diaphrams, etc. Talk to your doctor about it. What the pill does is tricks your body into thinking your pregnant, so it sort of gets ready for that. I would personally stay away from the ones that give you your period every four months. That just seems super un-natural to me. Congratulations!

Condoms+Spermicide+Pull-Out+ Depo-Provera (the every 3 month injection- just make sure they give it to you while you are on your period, otherwise it will not work) would be a good combination. Depo-Provera is pretty effective (97%-98%) if it is given correctly. The only problem is how your body will react to it. For some women it causes their peorids to stop, some still have their peorids as normal and some spot bleed the entire time. I've used it and had no problems. You can combine birth control methods as long as you only use one over-the-counter method. You can't use an idu and pills at the same time but you can use the combo that I wrote. If you go for the spermacide I wouldn't advise using the VCF (vaginal contraceptive film) because it is hard to insert and it sticks to your fingers. I would get the one that looks like a suppository because they are easy to use and don't make a mess like the foam ones do.

I myself was on the birth control Yazmin for about 5 years. And was very successful, because I always remembered to take it. Another thing would be.. use a condom that contains spermicide, cause.. just in case any sperms leak out, or it breaks.. that would also be a life saver. And.. if the condom brakes.. you can also go get the the morning after pill.Also.. track you ovulation dates and try not to have sex on those dates. You can track it on http://www.ovulation-calendar.com/ If you do all these things correctly.. and still get pregnant, there is always abortion(I know people are gonna give me a thumbs done for that one) I myself would not do it. But if your really not ready.. and do believe in it.. then do it. It is legal to do until the end of the first trimester( first 3 months of pregnancy)
If all else fails.. then GOD really wants you to have a baby. GOOD LUCK.. Just remember.. nothing man made will ever be 100% effective

well, with the IUD you will get 'pregnant' and then kill the cells, this is what an IUD does.
I suggest the following.
Birth control, condom and spermaside lubricant. Also find out when you are ovulating and don't have sex during these times (3 days prior and 3 days following).
Best wishes

A pill or condom by itself is usually enough - but some guys don't like condoms, they "deaden" the experience.
"Doubling up" on your bc dose can have terrible consequences. DO NOT go that route unless your OB/GYN approves it.
Still, the ONLY 100% guaranteed method of contraception is abstinence.

how are you going to ultimately enjoy the experience if you are so overly worried about the bc? honestly, i commend you for staying a virgin. but if you are not ready for the consequences of a faulty bc method, don't go through with the process. there is no fail-safe method, because even getting your tubes tied, or him getting snipped, can have a percentage of failing. it may be minute, but it can happen, our bodies are remarkable like that. just thiink about holding off until your ready, then you will be happier when you don't have to worry.

--A combination of the pill (which is considered to be 99% effective when taken as directed) along with a condom (which is 97% effective when used correctly).
I think you are going a bit overboard with your ideas and I doubt your doctor will prescribe more than one form of birth control.
