If your Uncle is still living it might be interesting to have your baby with his same first name.
How about Jacob Huey?
Or William David?

As you consider a boy's name, think of how it will look as
he is an adult, and the name is spelled-out on a name plate on his desk. Life is long, and even thought a kid has to live through the school years - and survive the schoolyard with his name, when he is an adult there are many, many years for him to wear the name you give him.
Since boys don't change their name at the time of marriage,
it is really important to consider how his first name will sound and look with his last name. The middle name is seldom spoken in adulthood, with only the middle initial used.
When choosing a name, choose something that you will be OK with the obvious nick-names. Willy, Bill, Billy, Jake, Dave, Davey, Hugh......... and all the other ones the kids will make of it like silly-Willy, (the cartoon) Baby Huey, Jake the snake..... you know how kids are!
It should be fairly easy to say,
not too difficult for a kid to spell,
and distinct or distinguished for an adult.
And it should fit well with his last name.

When you figure out a name, get one that has only one good way to spell it that every one will kinda know. If the first name has one syllable, the last name must be two or three sylables long, and vice versa.
If the first name has two syllables, the last name must have had one or three or more, etc.
Are you from the South? They name a child, then call him by his middle name.
I see names all the time that sound better if the middle name had been the first name(?)
Name the child for someone you admire, and has a good character, with outstanding traits.
David Jacob+ last name
**Or make the middle name to be the last name of the grandfather in a name that you choose.
(Uncles are very important in some cultures, and teach, rear the child).

How about Jacob Huey or David William.
or even name the baby,"J.D."
That sounds cool.
Yes, name the baby Jacob David and call the baby J.D. for short. If it is a girl, make her middle name "J.D.".
That way you can still fit in their names!! 10 points please!!
JUST KIDDING!! Hope I helped a little, and congratulations!!!
