I will help ya out girl. I am going to tell you some changes that will happen you your body during pregnancy I hope this helps ya.But just remember every pregnancy is different for every woman so you might not experience some of the things I tell ya. But i will also give you some tips to help if you do get any of these symptoms.
1. Swelling of feets and legs: Move around during the day, elevate your feet by proping them up, Lie on your side when you are sleeping.
2. Heartburn: Spicy, hot, or greasy foods may be the reason so don't over do them to to much.
3.Backache: wear comfortable shoes, avoid lifting heavy objects at all cause, try and place a pillow behind your back when you sit or sleep.
4. Some women experience numbness in their nerves of there legs, lower back and butt. The baby puts pressure on your sciatic nerves this is normal.
5. Breast changes: Areola around your nipple may become darker, they become larger, and may hurt with changes in temperature or touch. Wear a good supportive bra.
6. Constipation: Eat high fiber diet, drink plenty of fluids, and drink something cold in the morning to stimulate your body.
7. Hemorrhoids: Try to not to strain to have a bowel movement this will cause them or make them worse.
8. Some times you will have acne or skin break outs.
Hope this helps you, sorry it was long just trying to give you an idea of some things you should look for.

A touch of heartburn and indigestion. Tums work well and are safe for pregnant women.
Eat smaller meals and stay away from foods like in carbs pasta bread, they will bloat. And salts and sugers.
Eat lots of fruit and veggies, but keep portions small but eat often.
Uh.....whats wrong with sucking in. This lady is feeling pressure, she's concerned about it. What happens when you have a scab,,,,you pick it. Come on you all do it. Same thing.
It's bothersome and it's on her mind so she sucks in. IT doesn't hurt baby, mom is just needing something to control the acidy in her stomach.

I am pregnant as well and i honestly don't think its a very good idea to suck it in. It probably puts pressure on the baby. Now is your time to just let it go. I fell very beautiful looking pregnant and would never want to hide my tummy. At first it was hard for me to start gaining all this weight but i can just take it off after the baby is born. But good Luck!

It does seem early to be hurting already from the baby but regardless if it hurts don't do it.

Mention it to your OB (your new best friend!) next visit and she what they say.

Most like it is gas or bloating or something caused by the pregnancy rather than your uterus being all that large. Even for twins...

And CONGRATS!!

Your body is going through alot of changes right now. Your uterus (and all) is in a "stretch" mode and I think that is what you are feeling when you suck your tummy in. If it becomes more bothersome, please do contact your ob/gyn though to be certain.

Also, "sucking" your tummy in is not going to hurt your baby! It is protected.

A woman once went to the doctor and said "doctor, it hurts when I hit my arm" and the doctor said "then don't hit it".

Why are you sucking in anyways, you want to hurt the baby?? This is very important time right now. Stop it.

Not to be rude, but how about you don't suck in? It was bound to be a fruitless effort at some point.
