all of the urine tests have been negative, so dr wants a blood test since i'm on cycle day 83...lol.

anyway, monday i will be heading for a blood test, and i'm not sure what to expect. it will be done at a lab place and then the results will be sent back to the obgyn.

should i be nervous? there's a reason why i'm not in the medical field because i pass out at blood. hubby is coming with me just in case i can't drive home.

what should i expect?

Does it hurt to lay on your tummy or when you push in on it?? I would be like 3 weeks along but when I press in on my tummy it hurts and when I lay on it, and when I lay on my tummy it makes me feel nauseated... also I have to unbotton my jeans cause the pressure on my tummy hurts... but when I say all these things hurt I dont mean like unbearable pain I mean like the pressure just feels weird and it kinda hurts a bit.. Has anyone experienced this ???

I had a miscarriage on July 15th at 4 weeks. Everything came out naturally I didn't have to have a D&C so now I am waiting for my period it has almost been 4 weeks since then and no period yet. I have no symptoms of my period coming any time soon. How long do you think I should wait to take another pregnancy test? I had a previous pregnancy and everything turned out fine.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and feeling a lot of strong symptoms including morning sickness, fatigue and bloating. This is my 4th pregnancy and I heard women miscarry 1 out of 5 pregnancies, so does that mean since I've had 3 successful pregnancies my clock is ticking for a miscarriage with this one or the next?? Just a little worried here......

me and my boyfriend have proteted sex everytime and i don't think i'm pregnant and i can't come up with any reason why i would be but i have been worrying about it alot because my stomach hurts and i feel like throwing up often. myperiod should be due in about 5 days. i really don't know if i'm pregnant, am i? or am i just so worried, stressed, and paranoid i am that i get stomach pains because my friend went through this and she actually had unprotected sex but she wasn't pregnant, just really worried.

Does anyone know if I can purchase a large infant seat like a bebe pod or bumbo seat? My son is almost 5 months old and hates to lie down, he can also sit up for several minutes at a time completely on his own... but, he still has a tendency to shoot himself backwards so I am needing a seat that he can sit in to play... We bought a bumbo seat but it is too small, he is 21 lbs... was 10 lbs 6 oz at birth and his little legs are just too big for that seat... Also, we dont wanna put him in his highchair to play because we want him to associate that with eating... He also has an exersaucer but he gets bored with that and I need something else he can sit in to play... Anyways, I cant seem to find a larger size of the infant seats so I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything?!?!

I am getting ready to take my 11 month old daughter off of the baby food. She is eating pancakes and waffles for breakfast. However, i am stuck on what to feed her for lunch and dinner. What kinds of foods would you suggest I feed her. She has her two bottom teeth and she is getting one of her tops ones now. She can just about gum anything. I want to feed her health foods but just am stuck on what. She doesnt like the 3rd foods, with meats and vegs. So those arent an option. So any kinds of foods other moms feed their children would be great help. Thanks

My pregnancy is following a miscarriage, so I am pretty scared. My level was at 504 and 2 days later its at 1702, I am around 4-5 weeks. My ob doesn't want to see me for another 3 weeks, should I do another blood test before that or is the pregnancy confirmed good and I just have to wait for my next appt? It's so scary not knowing, and I have to wait 3 more weeks.

I know this is gross, but its true, and i REALLY need some adivce.

My 1 yr old ( 17 months to be exact), started doing this about 3 weeks ago!

During the middle of the night, our daughter will poop in her diaper, then take it off. She smears th eppop all over the walls, crib, bed, herself, mattress, anything seh can. When we waking up in the morning, she is sitting there laughing.

I have tried buying one-peice outfits for her to wear to bed. She knows how to take the outfit off, and then still takes her diaper off!

We have tried checking on her every 1 hour throughout the night, but she seems to know that we are still awake, and wont go poop in diaper.

And no, i am not going to sit in her room all night watching her, that is ridiculus. I need sleep too.

She is not old enought to be potty trained yet. Ive tried.

What can i do? I dont like waking up every morning to poop everywhere! Plus, she can get sick if she eats it

Okay, this is lonnngg, but here goes...2 of my boys ages 10 & 11, along with one of their friends just 12, said some very NASTY things to my neighbor when they were outside yesterday; 'ha your too weak to start your mower, nice butt, great rack, run over your dog we all hate her' When I get home my neighbor comes to the edge of her lawn andYELLS to me that this is an everyday occurance from mouthy jonny..and that when they are outside, they swear, and cuss at her, and at the other neighbors. She said that when the other nbrs rip on me, she stood up for me, but NO MORE. their mouth/attitude is a reflection on my family and that now she knows the others are correct and I am a horrible so called 'parent' I could not believe this!! No one has ever said anything to me before about his, here they've been saying there is no reason my yard has to be a mess, or not mowed every 5 days, saying my boys hit baseballs into their windows, golf balls ruin their mowers....

She is a healthy looking girl at 5'6 and 3/4's (just went to doc), and she weighs in at 140. Her father is a big, well built man, and she inherited that apparent 'german gene'. She is constantly asking me if she is fat, and then dissagreeing when I tell her no. Shes only 13!
She won't wear things that look great on her because she is embarassed. I have even showed her that her BMI is fine!

I have 2 kids already from a prior relationship and the father treated me like crap and it ended with him being abusive. I left. I found this really great guy who accepted me and my two kids with no problem. I have so many symptoms of early pregnancy and i just know I'm pregnant, about 90% sure. i told my bf and atfirst, he admitted he was scared. Now, he wrote me this email (I am in NC helpin my mom atm, not home) saying that he wishes I would get an abortion and I dont believe in them. I told him this from the get go. He said if i don't he knows he has no choice in the matter and that makes him a little mad. Says he isnt ready for a kid and wishes I would do this. I dont know. I need advice. Is he even worth it? Or should I just move on? Someone help please before I freakin lose it... Any guys advice?

My daughter just turned 6 and is still wearing pull ups to bed.
Her Dr odesn't seem to concerned about this at all.

Did anyone else have kids in pull ups this old? And when did they stop wearing them?
