I just read in the Dr. Sears pregnancy book that most miscarriages actually happen at 9 weeks or earlier, so you are almost out of the danger zone. I also read that 1 out of 5 healthy women miscarry a pregnancy, usually due to chromosomal or genetic abnormalities in the fetus.

You are still in the first trimester when the chances of m/c are the greatest. Don't stress about it though as this could cause you to m/c. If you missed your m/c(which is possible) your doctor will know at your next appointment because you HCG levels will go down and they will be able to tell on an u/s. If you did misscarry and are not expeling it they will do a d&c. Good luck though.

During your first trimester ( 0-12) is the most common time to misscarry. However, I wouldnt worry too much because stress is the worst thing for you and for the baby and has been a known cause of misscarrige. So dont stress and make sure to see your OB/GYN for the best prenatal care and health. Hope I helped.

Miscarriage is extremely common during the first trimester of pregnancy. Missed miscarriages happen in only 1% of miscarriages and miscarriages only happen in 10% of pregnancies once you know that you're pregnant. Your rate of miscarriage actually drops to 1% after your first trimester. Me, I wasn't so lucky. I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and my rate of miscarriage because of this disease is 40-50% at ANY GIVEN TIME during the pregnancy.
I suffered a missed miscarriage at 20 weeks in December 2006. I'm now 22 weeks pregnant again after stillbirth delivery and D&C.

I am 8 weeks pregnant myself:0 I think that is is most likely to happen before 10 weeks, I don't know for sure but here is a good site to visit. Have you ever had a miscarriage before? If not then I wouldn't wory too much. Good luck!

It is most common to miscarry in the firt trimester (12 weeks) because the body views the cells as a parasite and may try to terminate it.

it is most within the first few weeks of pregnancy not only b/c your body is getting use to it but b/c a lot of women don't know early on and might do some activities that can harm them but i'll say that rarely happens. ask your doctor for specific information and they'll tell you how you should be taking care of your body throughout your trimesters.

An 8 month one year previous? that's a sparkling one for me! No, she won't get pregnant at 9 weeks previous. that's a extreme wellness possibility for her to alter into pregnant in the previous the age of two years previous.

I'm afraid it's fairly common. Most miscarriages happen at 6 weeks or earlier, but it can happen later on too. Around 20% of all confirmed pregnancies end in miscarriage.
If you are concerned, are having pain or bleeding, please call your midwife or doctor.
Good luck, I really hope it works out for you.
