My mom suggested that we have a step by step plan for when my water breaks but I just think there are way to many scenarios, like what if my husband's at work or what if I am watching my nephew that day. It seems like more trouble then its worth. I mean we do have the basics. We make sure the keys are in the same spot all the time and my bag is next to the door.Any advice or details about your experience will help. Thanks.

help me everyone.my girl is 12days delayed. do you think she can take preg test? she stopped using pills last 3months and we engaged in u know this last july, and we expected her period to come by july 19 to 26. shes not regular. but she has been regular by 2months in may and june after she stopped using pills.. am very sure that she is not because i used witdrawal method in a way that 5secs before i *** its already out and she saw it. but she keeps on telling me that she is quite dizzy for now.. does the symptoms of preg and mens are somtimes the same?

and it's only my third day of the first pack and i already have breast tenderness and a lot of nausea is this normal. i dont think im pregnant because i started the pill the first day of my period and it very heavy like a normal period and my period came right on time so my question is it it normal to have these symptoms soo soon

Ive been gettin my period every 3 weeks now (instead of the 28 - 4 week cycle) and it lasts only 2 days ( it used to be 4-5 days before)...this s been going on for almost 4 months now...
My tummy got bigger and my nipples are swollen during and after my period..
What is going on w/ me????????

my older brother has been raising me and my little sis for a long time now since our mom left us. well over the weekend my mom showed back up. shes been staying with a friend of hers since my brother wont let her stay at our house. he told her the only way she can see me and my sister is if she comes over to our house to visit and he's there. and he only wants us talking to her when he's there because he's afraid of what she may do. my brother dont know this but ive been talking to her on my cell phone behind his back(i mean she's still my mom and i do still love her). ive even gone over to see her without him knowing. she told me today that she really wants me and Lindsay, my sister, to live with her. i dont even know how long she'll stick around. i love my mom but i also love my brother and dont want to leave him. its making my belly sick and making me cry. i dont wanna tell my brother i went over there cuz i'll probly get in trouble. i just dont know what to do. im really confused.

He used to sleep 12 to15 hours a night But when he was 4 months he started getting up 3 to 6 times a night. Now i'm lucky if he goes down at midnight and sleeps till 4 am. I was told that as he gets older he would sleep better. Why is it backwards for my son? He is constantly screaming as well. he gets checked out monthly and I ahve been taking him in as well betweeen his scheduled appointments but the drs say he is healthy. Any suggestions? Oh yeah, I have been keeping him up during the day (no napping) but that doesn't work. He just gets even more cranky.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and all day my stomach has been tightening and softening but i haven't really paid attention cuz it doesn't hurt at all. This is just braxton hicks correct? I have no reason to worry?

And whats the difference between braxton hicks, false contractions, and real ones?

Today I got a little nervous because I hadn't felt my baby move all day. She is usually very active during the day. I'm at 38 weeks, so her movements aren't very pronounced anymore, but I'm used to feeling something! (i.e. squirming around.) She started moving around about an hour ago, and I'm going to mention the lack of movement to my doctor tomorrow when I go to my appointment.
What tricks have you all used to get your baby to start moving? I tried eating, drinking some sugary juice, a hot shower, a bright light on my belly...everything I could think of. I was about to try music through headphones on my belly when she started to move.
Also, is it true that they don't move as much in the days leading up to delivery? A friend told me she heard this from her doctor.
Any ideas? Thanks!! :)

I just want to know if it should hurt as in tears in my eyes hurt when your baby moves. I am 38 weeks pregnant and think I am havin contractions. But the baby is still kicking when My belly tightens up. That is when everything really hurts. I am also haveing lower back pain! Is this normal for labor or am I still just having Braxton Hicks contractions? Please give me some answers. Thank you

I want to have a baby sooo bad. My husband is not ready to have a baby. He wants one but just feels he is not ready. He can't give me any reasons why he isn't ready. I am not on birth controll. The only form of protection that we use is a condom. He told me that when the time is right, I will get pregnant while using a condom. He just doesn't want to increase his chances right now. I know him very well and I don't think he will ever feel ready. We have tried setting different dates when we will try but everytime these dates come around, he doesn't want to try and backs out. I don't want to push him but he made a comment once, really quick and never again, a while ago, that if I want to have a baby, then I am just going to have to force him by not allowing him to use a condom. I don't want to do that because that wouldn't be fair. Should I believe that if we were meant to have a baby right now, we would have one even if he is using a condom? Thank you for your thoughts.

Is it bad to let a 4 month old baby cry if there is nothing wrong with them? For example: if he's full, has a clean diaper, and has been burped. I feel bad letting him cry, but he is so fussy about everything even sometimes when i play with him. But not all the time. And i know he doesn't have Colic, because it just started within the last couple of days.

Tomorrow will be my last "day" of summer to spend with my 20 month old daughter before I go back to teach...dad works evening, so he will be home with her while I work, but I can't help feeling guilty. It seems this summer has gone by sooo fast and she has grown up sooo much. I'm looking for quick (cheap would be great too) ideas of things we can do together tomorrow as one last big blowout. PLEASE no guilt trips of being a stay at home mommy....my husband is in school and I swear we are working on it!!

The little boy I nanny for developed a stutter about a month and a half ago. I literally went away for a week and a half and came back to find him stuttering. His parents noticed the quick change, too. I wouldn't be concerned, aside from the fact that it literally happened overnight. He is definitely a gifted child, so I'm assuming that it's just a matter of his mind working faster than his mouth, but his parents are really concerned about it. They are going to take him to a speech pathologist in a couple of weeks, but I'm trying to reassure them in the meantime. I think it's fairly common, particularly with kids of superior intelligence (He knew colors, shapes, numbers, and letters--including identifying them in words and on their own at 17 mos. and can identify peoples' names that he knows in writing), but I just want to help put their minds at ease. Does anyone have information on it? Thanks!

Also, we've been having sex pretty frequently for the past 3 months. Sometimes unprotected, but most of the time we've used a condom. My boyfriend swears he's never came inside of me. And well...I would love to believe him. I'm just really worried. I've heard that girls can still get their periods while their pregnant. So theres really no way of knowing if Im pregnant or not for sure. I'm going to get a physical in a couple of days, so I guess I will know then. But I live in a small town and if anyone finds out were pregnant, my life will pretty much be screwed. I'm just very worried and would appreciate any help whatsoever. Preferably good news!!
