O'kay I already called my OBGYN and the Hospital. The hospital told me that there seems to be nothing wrong and for me to call my ob so i called my ob they cant get me in for another 2 weeks and told me to go to the ER. WTF... So here is what is wrong. The following wensaday I had a c-section the 25th I now have huge lumps/knots where and around where they took out the staples. I now am having heat sweats my temp. is 99.8 which is still considered normal. but my house is on 72 degrees and there are fans running.. Has any one else had this occur w. a c-section. Also diareah and when I get that I suddenly start to bleed extremely heavy. My daughter has her first pediatrician apt. today so I cant go to the hospital till saturday. Due to the fact this past wend. we lost my uncle and I cant leave the baby at home w/ any1 right now. and the last place i want to take her is to a hospital. What do u suggest

my gf finally got on birth control about two month ago. every since then we have been scared of her getting pregnant because she has been getting symptoms. we do have unprotected sex but then again she ends up getting her period. matter of fact, she got her period like 5 days ago and now she is having morning sickness. she begins to throw up and is very tired. this is her first time being on birth control and we had a scare like this last month but she did get her period. so i dont know what to do. we have the pregnancy test but too afraid to take it. can anyone give any advise as to what it is?

i gave birth 14 days ago 2day my bleeding has settled down to a drizzle but it is brown and watery and smelly i have no stitches so i dont know if this is normal i have no pain passing urine and my bowels move normally

please don't think i'm meaning this in a horrible way because i really don't :) i just want to not be pregnant anymore....!
i'm just about at 40 weeks...the head has been engaged for weeks, i had a membrane sweep a couple of days ago and the same day i ate pineapple, drank r/leaf tea, ate a curry, walked my *** off and cleaned the house (phew!) and the next morning i lost my mucus plug (which had blood in it) and continued to do so for the rest of the day.
apparently i'm 25% effaced and 2cm dilated.....please tell me i'm near......???!!!
i just want everyone to come out healthy and happy xxx

I came off the OCP in May as we are TTC.
June i was 6 days late (34 day cycle that month).
If it was 28 days this month then I would have been due 2nd Aug if 34 again then it would be 8th aug.
If I was preggo would a test today (3rd) give accurate results or would i have to wait until after the 8th?

I had normal vaginal birth four months ago, I bled for six weeks then stopped for a week, I then got my period one week bleeding ,stopped for one week, then started bleeding again very heavily. I am still bleeding with clots and my baby has just turned four months, I feel rundown and have cramping in my back and sides, is this normal? I would prefer not to go to doctor if this is normal for some women, my vagina also seems to be poking out (if this is an accurate description, same as it was when I was heavily pregnant.) I am a little concerned as in two weeks I leave for Thailand for a two week holiday and obviously want to be well.

for the past month his bowel movements have been every 5 days or so and sometimes hard to pass ( constipated ), He is also bottle fed i'm going to take him to the doctors but does anyone know how often it should be (he used to be every 2 days) and what could be causing this now since he has been on this formula since he was 5 days old. He also gets eczema.

I am a dad of 2 boys, and a foster parent of one baby girl (6 months, whom we have had since she was 1 month). Both of my boys were breastfeed for at least the first year of their lives. I have always supported my wife on this, and defended breastfeeding in general.


Here is the issue, my boys when they were babies really wanted nothing to do with me, lol. Well actually I was good for a few laughs, when they were in good moods, but I was not suitable to meet there needs. Meaning they enjoyed our play time, but if they got hurt, were hungry, or needed a change they preferred mommy. Everyone told me it's just a stage, and they will grow out of it, which they did, my oldest is 7 and is always wanting to be around me :)


Well when my daughter came along, naturally her being a foster child, we needed to use formula. I have done countless hours of feeding her. I must say, personally I have NEVER felt so much love from a baby! I mean she really knows me, and loves me.

I'm 5 months along and LOVE my husband's name (Kenneth James) and really want to name our son after him. However, he has a son by an ex who is a jr. She found out she was pregnant right after they broke up and she now lives on the other side of the country. He pays child support, but other than that he has no contact with either of them (her choice, not ours). Would it be disrespectful or weird to name our son as a jr. as well? We would both like to, but we aren't sure if it would be appropirate.

My wife gave birth to a 10lb baby so she had no chance of getting away without piles! Our baby is now 7 months old but she still has them. Has anyone had piles which have gone away on their own after such a long period or did you need surgery?
