This is proabably happening because you are back on the pill. Your hormones are getting pulled all over the place and it will take a while to get back to normal. I got mine 2mths after birth because i went back on birth control but not till 8mths will no2 as i wasn't on the pill but the minute i was back on it, it came on nice and strong!

If it is still there in another 5 days see your doc as you may have another problem or this pill isn't working for you.

It took me a while to get it right again and eventually settled on an IUD at the beginning of the year as it lasts for 3-5 years and my periods are so light i barely need tampons, just panty liners. Ask you doc about it. I highly recommend it.

This is very normal....your body is adjusting to the hormones that are changing from birth. As long as your not soaking thru a pad every hour...than you should be fine. If you are worried than call your doctor to make sure that everything is fine!!!

Well as far as i have heard, it is normal to have a long period after pregnancy. My sister-in-law also had that and many more. Though I have personally not experienced it.
But I fell that the best person to answer that is your Doctor. Please make an appointment ASAP and get it checked, if it is normal.
Take good care of yourself and your baby!!!
