i have a two month old baby and he is always hungry so i was told to put some rice cereal in his bottle. how many bottles of cereal and formula a day and how much do u put in the bottle with the formula? Can i feed it to him off a spoon and does it make them sleep longer after having it?

(if it is true then i am absolutely OVER the moon! ) my last period was chistmas day (joy!) so its so early and i almost dont want to believe it incase its not true... i am not on any fertility drugs, nor anything else which seems to give a false reading.... what do you think everyone???!!! can i believe this?!

Been researching it says that oatmeal is a good meal but what else can I be giving him? He's been having a bad problem with throwing up and diarreah, I've been keeping him hydrated the best I can, any good drinks or juices I should also be giving him?

any ideas? she happily talks about 'trivia', we have a laugh together over lots of thinsg, she asks me stuff,i give best reply i can, but important stuff she just shrugs about. when i ask if she thinks about her birth dad, she says'nah not really'. she has3photos in room, 1of him, 1 of stepdad,1 of grandad, the 1 of her dad has been scratched on th eface, and a phot out of a mag of some boys face has been stuck at bottom of pic with a talk'bubble' saying 'why me?' - i found it under pillow when i was making room for her friends when they had b/day sleepover here! i put it back,haven't mentioned it. together with out of character behaviour (tho seems relieved to have been found out and acting more like herself[cynical voice-or is she really??]) i am worried that she could be suppressing lots of feelings&emotions. tell her frequently that she can talk about ANYTHING to me,thats what mums are for etc. my mum suggests counselling for her..what do u think??

I have one child by my first wife, a boy. I haven't seen him since he was 2 and he turned 30 this year. My question: I'm 99% percent sure that he is not my biological child. Is there any way to have a DNA test done even if he is unwilling?

im breastfeeding and i put him to bed it 6pm,he usually sleeps until midnight then up at 3 am and 6am..its not that i mind getting up its just im back to work next month and know ill b exausted....by advice i was told to give him sugared water to replace the 3 am feed but he wont drink it...any advice please..

apologies to those who can't understand abbreviations-did so to try put in as much detail as possible!if u read it u will c the pc is in kitchen which is main room where i am most of time.some good thoughts&advice tho,thanks to u all.i'm worried she has unresolved issues over split with her dad-at5yrs old i took her&her sis(now9) away from a potentially dangerous situation-he was sporadic&inappropriate in contact(got into HARD drugs&drink)-has stepdad now&another sis aged2.had financial crisis last year-stepdad made redundant-no work4 6months-had to stop some of more expensive pasttimes/sports etc-lots of stress-evicted by landlord due to redundancy-now moved&got new job(i work p/t whilst re-training) just a month after she went2high school.i spend as much time as poss with all3 girls/lots of hugs&chats-but she's very reluctant to talk back in much detail.she's a great girl,very kind&thoughtful, except recently at school been acting up etc.am worried,dont know what2 do-counselling??

my daughter is a month old today and since we brought her home she refuses to sleep anywhere but her carseat. Her dr says this is ok but now that shes a month old we are wanting to get her used to sleeping on her back. When we put her in the bassinet she starts screaming right away even if shes asleep when we put her in there. We have tried the scream it out approach for as long as 30-45 minutes but by then we give up. Please any sugguestions you may have will be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Okay i had a previous question that the mother of my child (17) will be giving birth in 5 months and her parents want us to get married.My parent disagrees strongly.Alot of responses were you don't have to stay with her if you don't want to and etc.
Let me re-phrase myself.

I am 15 years old,I hold a job,teach film/animation at my high school (yes people..that's right..i teach it) I am enrolled in college classes at my university,i am religious (christian),I am in love with my partner very very much, and am i new father.

Now i believe in being married before having a baby.I agree with my spouses parents but my parent does not agree.Now...any advice? we knew for a fact that i was pregnant until about 4 weeks ago i came on my period and after that happend he refuses tell his mom unless he knows for sure that i am pregnant. and my mom is buggin me about being pregnant(she dosnt know yet) and i dont know what to do. in my family when your pregnant you dont show until almost 9 months. so my boyfriend wonts to be in denial right now because he isnt sure about that to.what should i do???

i should be 6 months,and im 15 fin to be 16 and my boyfriend is 16

I live in the Middle East and there is a prominent belief here that cat hair can somehow lodge in the female reproductive organs and cause infertility. I think it's a bunch of hogwash, but some doctors here even say this. What do you think? I would love to hear some professional opinions!

Ok, I'm 14 and I never slow danced with anyone(which is kinda sad and pathetic if you think about it). I'm moving this summer to california or somewhere far (from taiwan) and I want to dance with someone b4 I go. I don't know how to ask someone or how to dance!!! I also don't know who to dance with!! now I know that there are such things as babies being switched at birht but but it some times seems far facheted ..one how would any know if a baby had been switched as specialy if their from similair looking parents at what point would something like this be discovered and if it was you how would you handle it and how would you know.

my d started high school last sept.expected changes in attitude/behaviour etc, have tried letting her grow up with balance, but shes had personality change. after discovering attidude at school/late h/work plus new insolence!, i gave her big talking to, confiscated bloody mobile(present off gran)and checked out sites she uses on net.pc in kitchen so thought keeping eye on her..ha!cleverer than thought with pc! but bebo site... she has cartoon2'express' who she is..but its a chick in undies&handcuffs saying'i'll be your sex slave'. also no privacy&unknown boys(?)sending messages etc.next day grounded her&banned net excpet4h/work.gave talk on paedo's etc.is she just exploring sexuality or am i right to be worried by its precocious-ness?all happened since met new best friend-her parents have also grounded her etc.gotta be14to get on bebo, so all of Yr7have lied about ages!mine said she's16.hmmm.why cany bebo regulate this??am i right to be angry&upset?also puzzled&guilty.decent advice???

Okay well i'm the father.My girlfriend is 17 turning 18 in March.I am unfortunatley 15.Her family is religious (mom is a abstince goer of our state) and they came to the conclusion we should get married before its illegal.Also it would be better for our child.Well i confronted my mother (no dad) and she disagrees very strongly.In a stubborn way.All she says is my age but its not about my age but about the baby.Right? She keeps telling me since i'm having a baby i have to grow up and be an adult but when i bring up the marriage she says your just a kid you can't get married.She doesn't make up her mind.I feel strongly about marriage (though i'm young) but i feel it will be right.Better for the baby.I never had a dad growing up so i want to be the official dad when its brought into this world.Does anyone have any suggestions and or advice.All is appreciated.Thank you and god bless you.

I am trying to find out as much about natural birth as possible, as I really want a natural bibrth even though the doctor said it may be impossible because of the curve iin my back from being a contortionist.

If they cut me from front to back in natural birth (You know what I mean) how long is it until it heals, and if they dont cut me and I rip how long does it take to heal, and apart form that is the scaring bad? does it hurt to go to the bathroom if so how long does it take until you can go comfortably, and also sex after being sewn there, how long till it is healed well enough to be able to have sex, my friend said 6 weeks, thats a long time???
