Well, folic acid is really important to ingest to avoid neural tube defects in the developing baby, which some veggies are rich in.
If prenatal vitamins are taken regularly, and fruits are consumed, it may sufficiently make up for the lack.
Obviously, a healthy well balanced diet is ideal, but to some extend, the mother's body will pull what it needs to for the baby. (e.g. Calcium)
How about some V8 or veggies with cheese melted over them?

Hi fariy. No it shouldn't be a problem. Body is making a new body within itself and so life within-life. The chemicals are changing and the chemicals in vegatables are not what body wants to mix with what is making. Never put Potasium into water. So brain gets the nod and lets your in on a secret, don't eat vegatables. If you worry about it you will only lower you body frequency and self esteem. Be more contented that you are to becoime a membert of the mothers club and listen to what your body is telling you. Bub is a forming life , not yet a life as you are. It has likes and dislikes which it is picking up from you through your Y chromosones and DNA. So it has no need to have a vegatable dinner and has told your brain of this which as I said , let your in on the secret. Enjoy moving through the next few months towards becoming that mother club member and enjoy being a future mother. Hope I've helped you. Teema

veggies are important. It carries many vitamins and minerals, exp green veggies such a broccoli. lots of folic acid which is the best to provide to the baby. If the person doesn't like veggies try v8 drinks and talk with the doctor about taking vitamins.

no vegies at all and underwight, sounds like this person should be getting medical advice at their checkup or clinic.
A vitamin supplement will fix the lack of vegies. The underweight needs to be adresssed by the doctor looking after her.
