I mean, if they try one thing and stick with it until it works.. instead of trying 10 things and thowing up your hands and say they don't work. Wouldn't it work if you stuck with one disipline tecnique.. and were consistent with it?

I had sex with this guy December 23rd and missed my period instead it was just really light bleeding and some brown discharge but the brown discharge ended now.. I took a home pregnancy test January 11th and it came back negative. Could it have been to early to tell? For people with kids, How far along were you whenever you found out that you were pregnant? Should I try taking another home test again now that it's been what will be 4 weeks on Tuesday??

My 13 year old son has the most dry skin ever. Ever since winter came around I felt that his entire body is almost like sand paper.
I always see him itch it and everything. I went to a dermontologist and she said he just needs to be using lotion every day on his body after he takes his shower/bath.

I just got a new Nivea Dry skin lotion, which is very thick for him. I told him he needs to apply it every day after his shower. I come in after and I apply it on his back where he cant reach.

I found out he is not even using the lotion, the bottle is still full, but his back is doing better, from when I do it, I told him many times, but he never uses it. This is what I did so far.

-I showed him pictures of people with bad bad dry skin.

-I told him that girls hate guys who have dry skin-

-I asked him if he wants to pick his own lotion from the store.

And then one day, I caught him squrting the lotion in the toilet.. Please tell me what I should do!

My boyfriend and I are wondering what our future children could look like. What are our chances of having a blonde child or a dark-haired child?

I have blue-black (yes it's very dark) hair. Both of my parents and grandparents have/had black hair. I was also born with a head full of black hair at birth.

My boyfriend has dark blonde hair. His mother has light blonde hair and his father has brown-black hair. All of my boyfriend's brother and sisters have brown hair. He was born bald.

How can you teach your kids to come to you NO MATTER what the issue is? I want to have a open relationship with my kids. If they want to know about sex, I want them to NOT be afraid to ask us.

I would teach abstinence, but I know that they may not follow that so i do what them to be WELL educated. how can you maintain this type of relationship?

My neighbors are pretty decent folk, but their parenting skills and children's behaviors are right out of super nanny...

Yet I am a single mom and parenting comes naturally to me in a situation that is supposed to be harder. (people assume that single parenting is harder then a two parent home). My home is quiet, well run and we have fun and show respect and have a good discipline tecnique down.

Why does parenting just come naturally to some and to others they have no idea what they are doing? I am really curious about this, because I know we all do our best and are equal.. but why?

my cousin is 19 weeks pregnant...she found out about her pregnancy at like 5 or 6 weeks and that was by a home pregnancy test..she took a pregnancy test the other day, another home test cause the babys dad thought she was lying and big drama there and it came out negative!?!? she went to the dr the next day and saw her baby on the ultrasound and the heartbeat was good and everything looked perfect..were real excited cause im 32 weeks and shes 19 so our babys are gonna be close and were close and were worried somethings wrong..has anyone had a false negative test come up so late into their pregnancy??

My baby will be 4 weeks old on Thursday (January 25th). She has slept with her daddy and I every night since she came home from the hospital. I do not want to get a habit started. And, I want her to learn from an early age that people don't always get what they want. I did not do that with my 5 year old son. And, he was very spoiled...now he's a brat that will not listen to anyone...any helpful hints or tips at how to get a baby to sleep and most of all stay asleep in her own crib...

We had sex fer about 15 minutes using a condom.. then after that he took it off n he wiped all the precum off and stuck it back in fer just a second just to see wat it felt like w/o a condom n then pulled it rite back out.. do you think u could get pregnant from that.. im not sure if he precummed any while he was in me. i doubt it b/c it wasnt long but im not sure..im not on the pill.. n im kinda worried so everybody please tell me wat u think

The Details

1.My girlfriend and I had sex for the first time on thursday.
2.Thursday was my girlfriends last day of her period.(she has had a 31 day cycle for the past 2 months)
3.The condom was a spermicidal condom.
4.During the putting on of the condom i put the outside on the tip of me for about 20 seconds(put the wrong side down) and then flipped it over and rolled it on the right way.
5.The condom was rubbed against a blanket before even attempting to enter her
6.I had trouble entering her at first and the condom never entered her for about 45 seconds after.
7.I urinated about 10 minutes before that and my girlfriend never stimulated me before entering her.

Question.
Is it possible, using all the evidence above that some, if any precum that had gotten on the tip of the spermicidal condom could have impregnated my girlfriend?

Looking back was the sex ed class helpful? Did your parents talk to you about sex? Did you have an open relationship with your parents to discuss sex?

Thats currently one of my biggest fears. Im not pregnant, but hopefully when we are ready my husband and I can have some children. We would both like to have 1 or 2, but Im so scared about the pain women go through during labor. Just thinking about it is enough to make me squeemish and it gives me the chills. I know that theres the epidural but that makes me feel the same way...what if I dont make it in time to the hospital to even get the epidural!?


I love the whole part of being pregnant, but just the delivery is what scares me...


ahhhhhhh!!! Is this normal?

ok i had my last period on the 7th of dec. it was like 5 days long which is regular, but now on the 19th of jan. my lower back starts hurting bad! i feel bloated all the time, im getting zits which i NEVER get unless im on my period, i have a cold, nightmares... basically everything from when i first got pregnant. then i went to the bathroom cause i didn't feel good and when i wiped i noticed a clear mucus with blood in it, it reminded me of my mucus plug... i took a preg test and it came back neg. i haven't had sex since before my period so it was almost impossible for it to be pos. but i just wanted to make sure.... it stopped but now its back again. what the hell is wrong with me... PARANOID please help. a nurse said i was ovulation but.... this has never happened before could it just have started now?

This might seem a little weird to some of you but I was wondering if you knew what could be going on with my boobs. After I took a shower today and while I was drying off I noticed that there was like hard white stuff coming out of the things that are on the dark part of my boobs. Not the nipple but the dark round spot. It's not a lot just a little bit. It reminds me of a pimple. I took some swezers and kept pulling the stuff out. My boobs have been sore for a while now. I don't know what's going on and I am a little concerned. I don't really have any one else I can ask. So if you can help that would be great. If you have any idiea what it might be or what I can do to help it I would be really thankful. Thanks alot.

Okay, for the people that answered it is OKAY to spank YOUR " OWN" child.

A hit is a hit, and ALL that hitting teaches is that if you can SCARE the other person YOU are the winner.


Also IF the CHILD is your "OWN" posession, then WHY can't our "OWN" husbands and wives LEGALLY teach EACH other BY physical abuse too?

I have a 2yr old that will not eat anything i try to give him....and ive tried everything.i feel like hes starving and it makes me so sad.I dont know what to do.This has been going on for a LONG time.I at least try to keep him nurished with milk...and i give him fruit snaks and little things liek that.I cook 3 meals a day and snacks and he wont eat.Can someone help...what should i do?
