Sex energizes women which is why you can't sleep. I can't remember the exact term for what a man goes through, but there is a reaction in the brain which causes a man to fall asleep afterwards. A lot of women think they just don't want to do the "pillow talk" but some men just can't stay awake even if they wanted to.

The question is -Do he bring you to orgasm before he sleeps? If he does then he is a Good . Then sleep is chemically induced ....then there a lot of boredom involved in sex too....when you do it the same way all the time it becomes habitual and ritualistic.

To have a healthy sex life you should be a bit creative ...if he goes to sleep just after the sex .....don't do it on bed always...try different place...even the attic or garage....or some times the back seat of your car.....try to revive your sex life........then a note from personal experience...............don't do it every day.....you can get very intimate and arouse each other....and abstain from real sex for a few days........do it once in every 14- 16 days.....at that point your need levels for that pleasure is really high ......but don't do it right away......take time ...2-3 hrs.......admire each other ....touch and feel....each cell of your partner......get on each other fulfill all mutual fantasies and after 1 - 1.5 hrs get in to action.....stop in between and don't finish it fast........that will be great....it works wonders on your relationship ......Sex is a mind game....play along.

Snoring can be surgically corrected...discuss this option with your husband. A sleep clinic or ENT surgeon can help you.

Sex is a release. The moments after sex are pretty much the least tense moments in a guy's life. At such a state of relaxation, sleep follows naturally.

I've heard two theories on this. 1) It's due to the chemical changes from sex that take place in a man's body. 2) It's because they work so hard during sex. :-)

Sex is just different for men and women. Often it makes my husband tired, but the odd time it wakes him up. I can be tired as ever, and it wakes me right up!

for men, sex is a release and then it is over.. for women, sex is the begninning, it makes them feel closer and more ready for the next step, emotional closeness..so the women are ready for more interaction, and the men are done

It's hormonal. He orgasmed. He sleeps.
You didn't orgasm. You're awake still waiting for yours.

Cause you just laid there with that dumb look on your face. We did all the work, and now we want a nap. You be on top next time, maybe we'll stay awake.
