The children can have different blood groups, and mostly likely they will, unless the parents have a certain blood group that would make all the children have exactly the same blood type. Odds are that you are not the same blood type as the other parent, so in turn, you children prob. won't be the same blood type either. If you kids are the same blood type, or if one happens to be AB (Universal Receiver and the other O (Universal Donor), then they can give each other blood. Talk to your doctor, and go over your kids medical records first. Are they above the right age and weight to donate blood to someone?

Greetings!
Yes, two children of the same set of parents can have different blood groups, in the same way one can have blue eyes, and the other brown.
They may be able to give blood to each other, depending on blood type, and one will usually be able to give blood to the other, but not the reverse.. ie 0 can give to A but not vica versa. This is however not related to them, being related, just based on bloodtype.
It is best to find out the blood types of your children and learn clearly as to which child can donate to which. However, donation from a child is not usually advised unless it is a large child or young adult (body mass), or is critical for some specific reason beyond normal rejection factors beyond blood type.

Blood, like hair and eye color is genetic, its a trait. Each parent donates their traits to their offspring.
For instance lets say a man has blood O + and the woman has A +, well their offsprings have the potential blood types of A+, or O+
Another example: Man has blood Type B -, woman has blood A -, their children can be A-, B-, or AB-
Etc
So yes children of the same parent can and often do have different blood type, depending on the trait of the other parent that was given.
Now, if you have AB blood and your spouse has O blood, you CANNOT donate blood to each other. But if you were A and your spouse was O, he could donate to you, but you couldnt donate to him.
Make sense?

Yes, siblings usually do have different blood types. In only two instances can someone donate a different blood type: If the donor is O or the recipient is AB. The Rh factor of the recipient must be + or the donor must be -. In summation, a person with type O+ can give blood to any blood type with a + Rh factor (A+, B+, AB+, O+), a person with type O- can give to anyone (which is why the Red Cross hounds them). A person with blood type AB+ can receive blood from anyone and a persone with type AB- can receive blood from anyone with a -Rh factor (A-, B-, AB-, O-).
Blood donations do not need to be from siblings or relations, other organs are better received when they come from a relative versus someone they are not related to but many organ donors did not or do not know the recipient and are not related to them.

Yes children with the same parents can have diffrent blood types. My brother and sister and I all are my sister and I are A- while my brother is O+ I know he can give to us because I belive he has the universal blood type. But to know for sure if the children's blood types are compatible you would have to talk to a doctor.

Yes, they can definitely have different blood groups, due to the way blood genetics works. Here are some sites to help you out:
What blood types can donate to which: http://www.nzblood.co.nz/?t=19
A bit on the genetics of blood types (what parents can give rise to what children, etc):
