Well, I'm about 7 weeks along now and my first signs were pretty typical from what I've read. Of course, the most obvious was that my period was late. I felt like I was going to start any minutes ( tender brests, cramping, moodiness, etc ) but then nothing. I suddenly was tired all the time without any change in my sleeping routine, breast sore and tender, hungry all the time. I took a test when I was 7 days late & that double line popped up almost immediately. Most importantly - I just felt like something was different.

breast tenderness and enlargement, late period, some people experience pain when the egg implants in the uterus wall. nausea can start fairly early on, because your circulating blood volume increases almost straight away you may find yourself peeing more. of course a pregnancy test is the best indication. some people have no symptoms at first.
