I found out last Tuesday I am pregnant (5 weeks) and two days after my period was due I started spotting what looked like implantation bleeding? Is that possible? Can the test detect the Hgc hormone before implantation?

I live in a small condo and there is no way I can have my baby shower there. Does anybody know of any nice spots to have a baby shower in Miami?

does how much your baby weighs have anything to do with how much the parents weighed.. like for example the mother weighed 6lb 5oz when born an the father weighed 10lb even when born .. does that mean they will have a big baby...

I have recently had bad cramps. Last night was the worst! I was hurting badly in both arms and legs, i have a body pillow and had lots of other pillows. Sometimes I thought some of them made it worse. Any tips for things I can do to ease the pain at night, so i can actually sleep?

I asked a question about this earlier, but I ran out of room. I babysit my friends 4 yr. old son and two other children. I have 4 children of my own and do not understand how my friend can be so lazy. Her house reeks of cat urine, dishes overflowing and growing mold in sink, her son has come to my house with clothes reeking of cat urine as well. I've had to bathe him and wash his clothes. She spends a majority of her time on the PC chatting w/men. She has even gone as far as driving way out of state to pick up a man she's never met and brought him home with her to live with her and her son. He only stayed a week and went back home. Her son has come to my house wearing the clothes he wore the day before or wearing her socks because she didn't do laundry. I know he pretty much does what he wants while she sits online chatting as soon as she gets home from work. CPS has visited her a few times, she cleans up for their visit, then thinks go back to filth. When will she wake up?

what to do i have 4 kids and 2 of them just dont care... i have tried spanking ..time out .. takeing EVERYTHING out there room ...yelling...knees...poster boeard with good and bad behavior...consistancy... there father and his family has never backed me up ...but went against me when i corrected the kids.. we divorced 6 years ago and i cant get them on the right track ..all i can say is I love my kids to no end but at the end of the day i go to my room every day and cry my @ss off because seriouly NOTHING works i am thinking about haveing them live with relatives . they create HAVOC in the home .. i dont want to do this .. I am begging someone to plzzzzzz help me!!!!!!! I cant take the disrespect from them nomore and the NO's from them when i ask them to do something...they seriously destroy the house and will not pick up after thereself!!!!!!!!!

We took her off her medicine around 6 months because we thought it was over (our pedi okayed this) and now it seems she is night waking a lot, moaning in the night and displaying the same symptoms. I called the pedi and she said to go ahead and try her on Prilosec again, but I'm just wondering how common this is? She was a VERY good sleeper before and she seems perfectly healthy, but seems uncomfy sleeping flat.

I had been having all signs of pregnancy. an they just vanished almost a few days ago. I also had veins all thru my breasts, very visisble, nipples were very sore right after ovulation, very unusual as well. We were trying to concieve.
I wasn't supposed to start my period until tomorrow the 16th. I am always regular. 28 day cyle. Yesterday i had spotting and I had been having symptoms of pregnancy. My fiance and I were TTC. I thought that spotting was implantation bleeding, but for 13DPO i thought it was really late. The spotting lasted for only a few hours and was very very light. Also pinkish color.

This morning i awoke and had to put my sheets and shorts and such in the washer and take a shower. Every time i wipe i have clotting, lots. Usually during a cycle i only have a little bit of clotting. nothing excessive like this.

What could this be? a MC?

(i know to go to a dr. i have an appt. but i am anxious and scared and want to know, maybe people with experiences)

I Have my period on November 14th 2006 my husband and i had sex on 11/21/06, then I had my period again on December 1 which sometimes happen to me and had sex again pretty much all December, and on 1/3/07 I got a positve pregnancy test, so I am not sure if I got pregnant in December or in November ? I can't wait to see the Doctor on Wednesday and find out how many weeks pregnant am I ?? what do you guys think?? I think it was on December because when I went to the Doctor the first time the urine test they did it was negative and then the blood one was positive so they think it was negative because it was a very early pregnancy or I drank to much fluids!! so I need to go agiain for the real appt where they can tell me how far am I, but I just wonder when did I got pregnant on November or December?? Thanks for your answers!! I am very happy

I have had my arm "fall asleep" when I was sleeping so much that it woke me up around 18 weeks and doc said it was the position I was sleeping in. Now my arms and hands "fall asleep" or go numb to the point I can't feel them or my fingernails feel like they will pop off. I have a call into the doc since it has gotten worse, but has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas on what it is?

befriend my 9 year old son? I'm not comfortable with the idea of such an older child "hanging out" with my son. I insist he associate with children in the same age bracket as him and he claims I'm being over protective.

me and my boyfriend had sex wed. but everything was fine. everything was in the condom but they aren't 100% safe and there could of been a tiny whole (possibly). i wasn't thinking anything of it that day but that night i had a dream that i was pregnant. 2 days later i had another dream that i was helping a pregnant girl at my skool. then at church yesterday (i never listen to the serman) the only thing i heard was incibation. then after church my friends and a youth pastor were talking about teen pregnancy. and everything is just about pregnancy. 3 days ago my boobs started hurting and haven't stopped yet. i have been peeing constantly since i think friday. i am supposed to start my period in 1 week. what do you think?
