my sister which is 13 (same age as me), well i caught her playing with herself and im not gonna tell my parents or anything but is that normal for a girl to do?

It is perfectly normal for a young girl to explore herself, as long as your sister is not putting anything in her vagina she is perfectly alright. Speak to your sister about privacy and ask her to lock her door next time. If you have concerns about your own body there are several books that are at your local library and you can also speak with you family physician.
I do not know why someone would give this a bad vote but oh well.
If your sister is using a vibrator and the two of you are close then you may want to let her know a few things. First of all to prevent infection she should first wash her hands and use proper lubricant (not lotion which can cause infections). She should also be sure to clean the massager after EVERY use to prevent the growth of bacteria. Don't worry about whether you are weird or she is weird- you are both normal and with time you will grow to explore and understand your body better as well.

Yes is normal, have you done it? if not you will one day! We all do, but people are still afraid of the word SEX and all that implies the word itself and its meaning. The best way to know what you like is by getting to know yourself and the 'spots were you enjoy it the more.' If you still have questions read some book and/search it on the Internet. Always have you hands clean when you do it and if you use 'toys' then make sure they are clean as well, if not you can get an infection. Also make sure that what ever you use if save and not harmful, it causes any pain stop using it. Be a good sis- and tell your sister this tips! :0)

Yes, it's normal. Not only is it normal for men and women to do it, it's normal for quite a number of mammals to do it as well. However, you might want to advise her to be a little more careful to lock the door...

its completly normal for a young girl to experiment and "explore" her body. after all, you do get pleasure out of it. nothing to worry about. and as for the massager normal also. it helps with more pleasure.

Yes, it is normal. I know it's strange to walk in on that, but it's normal and you just have to remember that hormones can do alot to a teenage girl. (or guy for that matter).
Don't say anything to her or to your parents. you'll just get negative feedback of "you shouldn't have been nosing around" or "okay. who cares? go do your homework"

Absolutely it's normal. It's a lot better to explore on your own than with a boy. She's probably as embarassed as you are so just don't mention it.
