Pregnancy & Parenting - 15 January 2007

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 4.5 years now and after suffering 3 miscarriages and having an op after the last one, we cannot get pregnant. I have spoken to some people about IVF and they have told me not to try it, so we are considering surrogracy but don't know how to go about it. Any help would be appreciated.

Heres some more detail....Ok guy A we had se like I said the end of May. We were using a condom but it was slipping off so I took it off and threw it away. I didn't know his friends had taken all my condoms thinking it was cool. Dorks! So we wanted to finish so we did. This was all out of being really wasted. Otherwise it would have never happened. Guy B is my ex bf and I saw him at a TTU graduation party and we started talking and I really care about him and missed him and I dunno we ended up sleeping together. This isn't something I usually do. Becuz I laugh all the time at the women on Maury and I can't believe they wouldn't know who fathered their child. I guess its pay back. Anyways...I'm almost 100% sure guy B and I used a condom. We always used condoms becuz he didn't want a baby and I didn't want to force it on him even if it was done not on purpose. I completely forgot the date of when that went down. I swore I never had even had sex in June. Not until july 10th...confused!!!!

February 14 is pink day for me and friend, We wear everything pink, shoes, pants, shirt, socks and sunglasses. Then we met up at school, I think we should change pink day to red day. He is disagreeing, but I don't want people to call me gay so red day is better for me

Glass of wine 5 days before period was due - negative pregnancy test. Then was sad so I had a glass of wine - did not even finish it. That was my only alcohol and will be until I give birth. Will my child have fetal alcohol syndrome?

i noticed there are shoe sizes called "crib shoe" for newborns. but then there are sizes 1, 2, 3....ect. what do 2 o 3 month olds wear? and how about 6 month olds?

ok so i posted a question before about my stillborn daughter who died from GBS and after reading the answers and searching more about it on the net I've found out that I should have been tested for strep b but i wasn't and i trusly believe that if the doctors did they jobs propely my daughter would still be here today another words the way I look at it they killed my daughter and my question is do you think i should do something about it ?? and what I should do about it because I'm really pissed off now

Are home pregnancy tests any good.....?
I was just wondering if going to the doctor or nearest clinic will be the same most likely as the home pregnancy tests that I have taken over the past couple of days???
Any past experiences and etc....

I am 12 dpo and my cycle is suppose to come the end of this week if it is coming.
Just a little anxious.

I asked the people if I may be pregnant and I got differnt answers from all of you.....But I am still having the nausia and throwing up and dizziness I am eating all different kinds of junk that I normaly don't eat... Peeing all the time.....I am still confuse, I made an appt with the doctor for the 23rd of this month.... Breast still soar and having adomal pain sometimes...But test came back neg and had something like a cycle but it was the normal.......what do you guys think

This has been going on for a couple weeks now maybe off and on and I'm really worried about it. For some odd reason my son who is 15 months keeps trying to gag himself. He puts his finger all the way to the back of his throat until he throws up. I don't understand why he does this. Is this just something I'll have to let pass, I think I should make a doctor's appointment most likely. He usually does it when he's in his high chair, but there has been times when he has just been walking around the living room and trying to do it. I'm hoping maybe somebody else has gone through this and can tell me why or what it may be. Thanks for everyone's answers.

I am 24 and my tubes have been tied and burnt... But I am 2 weeks late. I took and at home test and it came back negative but my boobs are sore..... With my 2nd and 3rd child I couldnt get a positive home test and had to get a blood test and thats when I found out I ws pregnant. What are the chances of me being pregnant since my tubes are burnt....

I am almost 22yrs old and have been with my guy for almost 4yrs now since I was 18yrs old, and My birthday is in March6th. My question is I know most people will say 30ish or whatever but I want to have a baby before i'm 30, any ideas in what age I should have mine at? Pregnancy not sure how far?
hi, i found out last thursday that i am pregnant, my problem is i am not sure how far i am, i had my last period sometime in december but not sure of dates, i have an appointment with my doctor on friday.
how will they tell how far on i am or will they send me for a scan
i know how to work out how many weeks i am if i could remember when my period was but i cannot so i think i could be inbeetween 4 and 7 weeks

Ok what are the chances a woman can become pregnant when they use a condom??? I'm 34 weeks and 6 days. So ok they say I got pregnant around the end of May or the first of June. I had sex with guy A on memoral day weekend we didn't use a condom. But I had sex with guy B around the 1st or 2nd of June but if I am remembering correctly him and I always used a condom. I know I am going to get hell for this but I really need to know is there a chance guy B could be the father? And what are the changes...?

Here is what I have done so I don't get advice I have already done.
-made the room dark.
- kept her up a little later ( she refuses to nap then wants to go to bed a 6;00 and sleep til morning. so I been keeping her up till 8:00 so she would be tierd enough to nap.
-soothing music
-sippy cup
-make sure diaper is clean and tummy is full
if anyone has any advice or has had this problem with there child please share. She has been having this problem for 2 mos. now and she is 13 mmos. old.

well ive missed my period and have been vomiting some, craving pickles,lemons, and cheese. i dont know if im pregnant or not but whenever im laying down it feels like a heartbeat in my stomach and its different that my regular heartbeat and my husband listened to my stomach and he could hear it. is it possible to hear a baby's heartbeat? and if so, how soon?

He's still up three times at night, usually not hungry but having gas. Unfortunately, the only thing that calms him is to nurse a little bit. Mylicon is useless and I tried going off of dairy which also didn't help. Someone at least tell me you have the same problems so I know it's not just us!

I am 13 and lately I am thinking that i want a baby! I hate thinking about that, because I don't want to go through telling my parents and friends and getting pregnant.
