The only thing that would ensure no pregnancy at all if a full hysetectomy. Though the chances of pregnancy are extremely slight with tubals, they still do exist. It could also be possible of a tubal pregnancy which would have to be terminated to save your life. One thing that is possible is you have developed some scare tissue which will make your period abnormal and you will still have the sensation that you are having it. You may also have repeated menstrual cycles in one month. You should really consult your OB/GYN. There may be a slight chance you are pregnant and you may also need a D & C. You could just be under some stress in your life also that will cause you to be late or miss a cycle.
Good luck.

Well, your chances are very slim of being pregnant. I kinda had the same problem - mine have been tied for 10 years, and I was around 3 weeks late with my period. My doctor told me that stress can affect your menstral cycle. But it is possible to have a tubal pregnancy, but not likely. I would just make an appointment with your doctor to find out for sure. Good luck!

It's highly unlikely, but not impossible. Stranger things than that have happened. My best friend got her tubes cut and tied and still ended up having another child. I had a different procedure done. My tubes were "banded". I was told (and it sounds kinda gross) that the bands would eventually make the tubes just rot and disintegrate. That was almost 7 years ago, so far, so good.

The chance is very small, but I am also young and tossing around the idea of ligation so I have been talking with a dr and he said the younger you are when you have it done the greater the chance of self-healing. I would just get a blood test done so you can ease your mind. Good luck!

If the tubes are tied and burnt....you should have n worries. However, if your tubes were just tied....then your tubes may have come untied and you could be pregnant.Your best bet.....see a doctor for a HCG quantitive blood test.

even with getting your tubes tied there is still a chance you could be pregnant. make an apt. with your ob/gyn so you can have blood work done to confirm if you are or aren't.

Tubes tied and burned, or cut as is sometimes done is 100% effective. I had mine cut after 4 children and there is literally no way you can get pregnant. Tubes do not grow back.
