I have no idea what he wants, and he doesnt really either. does anyone know what 13 year olds like, and where to get it, please?

i would get hm something like an ipod or a nintendo ds. however, it depends what he likes. if he prefers reading and things like that, get him some of his fav books, but get him spmething big at the same time!

UMMMM... this is one of his big birthdays what about a iPod??? Blue or green Nano??? A Laptop. A pre-paid cell phone or just a regular cell phone.... a nice card maybe even his ear pierced if u are up to that....! A nintendo wii... a game boy then some games for the console....... I got my 11y/o daughter a Laptop (she does school on-line and we travel a lot.......) and her father got her a pink i pod nano and my boyfriend got her a gift basket with ipod stuff(charger and things like that a few gift cards to her favorite stores a stuffed animal and some cosmetics... Hope this gave u some ides for him!!!!

Well if I were u I wouldn't get him a Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3, or a Wii. Your son needs to get exercise. If I were u I'd get home an Ipod so he can listen to music while he's outside. Maybe you can get him a skateboard too so he doesn't just sit around on the couch all day.

I turned 13 a couple months ago, and I told my parents I didn't want anything. So, they gave me a check, which I plan not to cash.
But, my friend asked for a Nintendo Wii, $100, some games, and some movies. So, that's probably typical.

Try taking him out for a extra special b-day dinner. On my 16th my mom took me to a nice fancy restaurant and had a special meal and dessert. It was really fun and was my most memorable birthday.

kids are really into electronics. PSP, PS3, Nintendo DS, IPod, go to Radio Shack or Best Buy. They have the best gadgets and kids love anything they can figure out faster than their parents: IPods, MP3's, etc...

I like the idea of a fancy restuarant dinner with the family. Kids today have so much stuff he doesn't need another gadget. Give him a memory instead.
