If you are younger than 30, you have to wait another 5 months before contacting an ob with your problems conceiving. If you are older than 30, you can already go.
One exception: no matter how old you are, if you are charting your cycles, you can seek professional help after only 6 months (so you could already go). By the way, the first thing they tell you to do is to start charting your cycles so that they can look at it and try to figure out what is happening in your body, so there's certainly no harm to starting it now. Try www.ccli.org or www.fertilityfriend.com or www.onemoresoul.com for info about charting/NFP.

If you're "desperate" for a baby, that stress alone can interfere, so first try to relax. Since I don't know what "everything you know of to try" includes, I suggest basal body temperature. If things still haven't happened by the 1 year mark (or now if you're over the age of 35), see a doctor.

They say have sex with a pillow under your bum the put your legs in the air for like 5-10 mins ( to keep the lil' spermies in side you) some of my friends said it seemed impossible for them to get pregnant they did that and BOOM! they were pregnant I don't know if it really works but you can always try!

To be honest with you the best way to get pregnant is to not try just forget about trying and have some fun if you keeping making sex a job and try to get pregnant then you never will get pregnant.

have you gone to your doctor or a fertility specialist & had any testing done, or tried any fertility medications? the best advice i would have is to check into seeing a fertility specialist, it can be frustrating trying for so long, i have been trying to conveive for about six months now & i have been getting testing & have been taking fertility medication & will probly seek the help of a specialist next, good luck to you
