Okay, so I have finals coming up this week and I really don't feel like studying. I'm doing pretty good in most of my classes so I don't have to study that hard, but every time I start studying, I get board after half an hour. I take breaks, but then I have a lot of trouble going back to studying. What is the fastest and best way to study and be able to memorize things? Also, does anyone know a good way to cheat?

my daughter is 9 months old and doesn't eat a lot of solids...i am trying to give her 3 meals a day of the 2nd foods, but she doesn't seem to like them. lately she has only been eating solids once or twice a day, and i give her some little finger foods from the store that don't fill her up. so what are some suggestions of food that i can give her that won't make her choke and that is easy to prepare?

He started acting differently immediately. He listens better and stays on task more than he ever has. He even stopped arguing with his Mom and me about doing his homework and cleaning his room, but it seems to wear off about dinner time, and his bad behavior returns.Seems to catch his second wind before bedtime and will not go to sleep,(or let anyone else.) If the doctor wants to up the dosage wouldnt that make it even harder for him to go to sleep? Weve always been opposed to drugging kids for behavior problems. I believe doctors do it way too often as a quickfix to make em behave in school so the incompetant teachers dont have to spend as much time on them.(IKNOW MOST TEACHERS ARE VERY COMPETANT)We denied he had a problem, and defended his behavior and learning problems to all his teachers as he is just "being a boy". After we had him tested though we couldnt deny the problem anymore. The results were SO CLEAR.Iworry about the long term effects of basically putting my child on speed.

I hope this question doesn't sound rude but all of my friends are having babies, I'm literally the ONLY one who has no kids now and while I'm happy for them and their families...I feel myself pulling away from them. Before people call me jealous, please keep in mind that I am happily married and able to produce however, my husband and I are waiting until we are ready. How do I cope with all of these baby announcements and baby showers when we were all adjusting to being married? I really feel alone on this one and I don't want to tell my friends how I feel b/c it may break their hearts. Any advice?

I sang it alot when I was pregnant to my other daughter so I was just wondering if she could her me singing when she was in the womb. The first time I sang it, it stopped her crying straight away.

Friday January 5th, 2007 I picked up my son at 7PM. I asked him how his day was at school, and he told me that part way through the day he started thinking about me, and then he missed me, and he started to cry. He said he then proceeded to ask Mrs. Lloyd (while crying) if he could call me, and he was told no, and he said that made him cry even harder. This is VERY disturbing to me!!! I can understand the teachers concern that perhaps if was allowed to call me, then all the other children may want to call their parents as well. But I feel in this situation the proper response would be to send the upset child to the office, where they can further assist, and determine if the phone call would be appropriate. I personally feel that at ANYTIME my child needs to call me, he should be able to. Please contact me via phone to discuss this further. I hope to hear back from you by Wednesday January 17, 2007.

IF YOU COULD PLEASE OFFER ANY ADVICE TO MAKE THIS SOUND MORE PROFESSIONAL?

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 15 weeks, 2 days along. Last week, for the first time I felt the fundus (uterus) popping out over top of my pelvic bone. I'm actually slightly starting to show, wearing maternity clothing now. Is this normal in my first pregnancy?

I avoided blue cheese while I was pregnant because i read that it could be unsafe, but I cant remember why, any ways I am having a very strong urge to break into the blue cheese I have in the fridge. I am pretty sure its safe while breastfeeding, I just wanted to double check though because I eat quite a bit of it once I get started!

I am having a baby in June... I have already picked out a boys name.. Aiden Matthew.. But I cannot come up with a girls name.. I have looked in all the baby name books, and on all these different web site, and I still cannot find the "perfect" name.... The names I kind of like are: Elizabeth, Kailey, Ava, Mia, and Addison.... but even those don't seem perfect... We have a 2 year old named Ryan Dale, and his name was picked immediately as was Aiden this time... It seems so hard to me to find the perfect girls name... as she will have it forever.... Any Ideas.. Nothing too exotic or too plain please... Our son was named after family, but I can't do it this time... Aiden Matthew will be after family, but as far as a girl name... My family has Jolene, Nancy, Alvina, and Mine.. is Crystal Ann... I would kinda like to include ann with the name but if not no biggie.. As far as the rest, I really don't like my families name... :) sorry but no... Thank you everyone.....

Hello!
There is a chance i could be pregnant as the condom split, i waited to see if my period came but it was late so i tried a test which was negative. I then got my period but it has been a lot lighter than normal and only in the daytime which confused me as it's never happened to me before this. The test was negative but does this mean I could be pregnant? I haven't had any other symptons.
Thank you :)
