It's completely possible because there is still sperm in precum!!! I knew someone who got pregnant that way! Tell that idiot to use a condom the whole time or don't have sex at all! Even if the girl is on some sort of birth control, a condom still needs to be used if they don't want any little ones runnin around. My sister was on the patch & another friend of mine was on the pill....BOTH got pregnant.

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant from pre-*** (a slang word for the
drops of pre-ejaculatory secretions that come out of the penis in
response to sexual stimulation) as this may contain sperms remaining
in the ducts following a previous ejaculation.
However, for pregnancy to occur in such a situation, both the man and women should be highly fertile and the exposure of that fluid to the female genitalia should occur close to the ovulation day. You may wish to know that there are recorded cases of women who became pregnant this way.
If you have had a sexual encounter which you suspect could lead to pregnancy, get tested as soon after 7 days from the ovulation day, as possible. There are sensitive test kits such as those based on ELISA principle, which can detect pregnancy at least a week before your period is
due. And if you miss a period get tested within the next week itself.

Assuming you follow the rules using withdrawal (or withdrawal then c u m m i n g in a condom) is about 80-90% effective:
IF
before penetration a man who has recently ejaculated urinates to get rid of any left over sperm.
the tip of the penis is wiped dry of lubricating fluid before penetration
the penis IS withdrawn BEFORE ejaculation
ejaculation occurs outside the vagina and well away from the vaginal opening
THEN
withdrawal has an approximately 80-90% effectiveness rate, or better.
BUT
control is difficult. This last minute method is risky. It offers NO protection from sexually transmitted infections, including HIV; even the pre-ejaculate fluid can contain infection along with sperm

It's highly likely a woman can become pregnant. All it takes is one sperm getting into the egg. Protection should always be used in order to avoid STD's. I don't care if your partner says he/she doesn't have anything, you never know for sure!

The chances are very high, unless your friend is wanting to become a parent they better use a condom the whole time. It sounds like your friend has been playing rusian roliet with this.
