Okay, so I have finals coming up this week and I really don't feel like studying. I'm doing pretty good in most of my classes so I don't have to study that hard, but every time I start studying, I get board after half an hour. I take breaks, but then I have a lot of trouble going back to studying. What is the fastest and best way to study and be able to memorize things? Also, does anyone know a good way to cheat?

it depends on what the class is as far as cheating? Are you able to use your calculator?? If so get a TI-83 plus and you can enter information in a program. You can actually type it in there. You can either use the keys or you can get the keyboard for the calculator which is much faster. I put almost 5 chapters of physics into my calculator one time. you just name the program lets say " Chemistry Final" then you go to edit and you can put all the info you want in there. Then you can act like you are using your calculator to solve a problem when you are really looking up answers.

If you've done well in the class and know the material, you probably won't have to study much. For math, practice some of the harder formulas. For history and science, read the questions at the back of the chapters and mull over how you'd answer them. For english, practice in your head how you'd demonstrate the key concepts.

The easiest way to tackle memorization is by putting the concept to some tune and singing it. Another tactic is memory association, which means take the concept and link it mentally to something else, for example, if you house address number were 1789 think of the French Revolution.

Easiest way to study is to try and put the information in a way that interests you, some way it could apply in life. That is the toughest parts of some of the crap they teach you, that they do nothing to make it interesting.
In regards to the cheating, I read your sub-note and obviously you have been chastised enough. Life is tough sometimes and people do not understand that even students can get burnt out a bit. You know the right way of doing things, good luck.

Dont cheat. Actually all you ahve to do is study what is best for you. IF you're wondering how, think of what you do best. If it helps read what you have to study likle 5 times. Or review notes, or pay extreme attention in class. If not, maybe test yourself why you skateboard and stuff. Say you can test yourself with cards, and if you get it wrong run around the block 5 times.

The best way to cheat on a test is sit right in the front of the class, front and centered in front of the teacher, they always pay attention to the people in the back. Leave your book open on the floor next to you and wear sandals so you can take them off and flip through the pages with your toes. Be sure that there are people on either side of you as well as behind you so you have the maximum number of people to cheat off of. Last, be sure that you copy essay questions word for word, but use a different persons test for each answer. Follow these steps carefully and you'll do great!!!

The best way to cheat on a test and never get caught is to study until you know it in your head then you dont need cheat sheets. No teacher will ever catch you!!!

Life is full of things you have to do but don't want to....might as well get used to it now. Don't wait until the last minute to study--study for a couple of hours each night. I'm glad you decided not to cheat--you'll just be hurting yourself if you do.

All this time you are spending on figuring out how to cheat should be spent on studying. If your attention span is only 30 minutes than maybe you have ADD and need to take some Ritalin

DON'T CHEAT! If you get caught, you're gonna be in big trouble. If you don't like to study...too bad. You're gonna be doin' it for the rest of your life! Don't be such a slacker, its unattractive.

Just find something that works for you, like flashcards. Acting like you are "teaching" the subject helps me out alot. I'll go to tutorials to help other students and I'll be helping myself @ the same time.

Grow some cajones, doofus. Focus. Use the Force. Get a clue. Get a life. Get a job. What else can I say that won't violate the policies here?
