At the age you get married. More specifically, you should be having children between the ages of 20 and 35 or 40. But only after you're in a stable marriage.

I don't believe there is an age,,its whenever u and ur partner feel you are ready to have a baby...Of course u will have to think about other things than the age,are you financial ready,do u have a home for the baby, are u ready to wake at nights when the baby needs and u ready to be a responsible adult and put the baby's needs first and not urs ..!!!!There r things to really look at instead of the age only...You r talking about another human beings life here that needs to be taken care of by you..I hop this answers ur question and good luck!!

I think that once your life is stable. Emotionally and financially.
If you're financially set at 20 and are ready to take care of a baby, then go ahead.
I'm going to be 25 and although I'm ready to take care of a baby emotionally and physically, my boyfriend and I don't have the money to do so. Once we have the money and a place of our own, then we'll start thinking of having kids.
All I hope is that I can start having kids before I'm 30. Definitely no later then 35 for me. I want to still be "young" when my kids are teens.

25-30 is good. I had my girls at 20 and we're not financially stable enough to do the things we want to. By 25 or so you've got some experiance under your belt and hopefully a good job. And if you start at 30, you still have time for a couple more kids before you get... well, not old... but when the grandkids come you'll have enough energy to keep up.

the real question is not age, it is are you in the right situation? as long as you can provide for the baby and it is not a harmful environment for the baby, it's ok. but we all know that is not the way it usually happens. i got pregnant when i was 20. i did not even want kids. but when your prego, you grow up way more than you think. (some girls don't, and they aren't good mothers) but if you really want to, you can be a good mom and make things work, even if you are really young. i did, and i am a great mom!

I dont think it is an age issue necessarily as long as you are an adult, are financially stable, and emotionally ready to provide 24/7 care to another human being.Ideally for me, married too, but we know it doesnt always happen that way and theres nothing wrong with that either.I know alot of single moms who do a kick *** job of raising their kids, so basically my opinion is when you are an adult and ready.

well, my husband and i are both 23 and pregnant with our first, we both have good jobs and are financially stable, we have dated for 8 years before we even got married. He graduated from college, and i worked full time the whole time. Now instead of going back to work after the baby i'm going back to school part time. so in our particular situation, i think 23 is perfect!!!
