*Tea (limit of 3 glasses a day)
*Ginger Tea - safe during pregnancy
*Peppermint tea - safe during pregnancy - use caution during breastfeeding
*Herbal Tea - The kind sold in grocery stores that do not claim any health benefits are generally safe in moderate quantities.
*Suck hard candies -any flavour
*Gargle with salt water morning and night
*Hot Apple Cider
*Sip Soup (garlic is particularly good)
*Hot milk
*Add honey to any tea, or milk listed above. Honey is good for throats and safe for pregnant AND breastfeeding women. (You just can't give it DIRECTLY to a baby under 1 year)
*Drink hot water or milk with cayenne pepper (about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp) very good for throats.

I would get the same thing in my pregnancy and what always worked for me was drinking some hot tea or sucking on a peice of hard candy.

ichy?
whenever my throat is ichy it means I ate something I was allergic too
watch wat your eating
ask a friend whos a nurse if it keeps up
I don't think a doctor is anywhere near necessary but if your going soon and it wont stop go ahead and ask
I also agree with the person above me
warm salt water or warm honey tea

celibacy. Or condoms. There are home remedies to increase the chances of pregnancy but not to avoid it.
