ok, i have this friend, Ina, she's 19. she's pregnant, she's not yet married and she has been pregnant for 8 months now. the father of the baby, alvin, said that they should get married. now, ina is asking me (she said yes) when she can get married to him, but the problem is, alvin wants to get married before the child is born (he doesnt want the child to be a bastard). so i dont know what i would answer to her. when do you think it should be held if you were ina?

While pregnant with my last child I had an overwhelming desire to put my hands in the flour cannister and let the flour run through my fingers every time I walked by. It seemed to comfort me like a child holding a satin blanket. I've always wondered why.

I am 33 yrs old, no drugs, alcohol, but got so sad when my husband flew abroad for work, after a month got a miscarriage with my 3 week old baby inside. No pain felt but blood stains every other day existed until i've found thru ultrasound that the baby has no heartbeat. No explanation was given by my OB.

My little girl has showed no interest in the potty. She will take her diaper off when its wet and throw it into the trash but evrytime i attempt to put her on the potty she gets up as if she has no reason to be there. She doesnt talk so i never know when to put her on the potty cause she wont tell me if she needs to go. I feel as if im doing something wrong? Why wont she start showing an interest? Any suggestions???

once i was everything she thought about and i am the same for her but now that she is about 8-9 weeks pregnant it seems as if she does not love me anymore...i feel at times i might come home and all of her things will be moved out the i love yous have stoped...she will say it back when i say it but it just seems as if there is no meaning behind it. could her hormones be causing this? we are pondering an abortion due to the fact that she has been on depakote her whole life up until now and there could be some serious sad birth defects...im thinking that has alot to do with the way she is acting but im not forcing i am trying to support her in the best way that i can. im afraid all of this is making her hate me what do you think? am i just being a worry wart?

honestly in todays world $225 a month dont go far after you buy diapers and ect. i mean i get w.i.c. which gets formula but i cant afford a car a home or anything i live with my mother right now but i cant even get a job now bc the doctor dont wont me working for a while bc of the C-section that i had. i want to be able to afford a car and home and other things but it seems like after i buy the baby things and help mom i cant buy anything i dont know how to make things easier plus i am very depressed and sad over my x bf ( read my other Quistions if you dont understand and you can add your imput into this answer) i need help any advice?

My almost 3 year old wont talk. She is around talking on a daily bases. Im a at home mother. I try to work with her but she gets mad and walks away. She is very smart i can ask her questions and she will answer with her hand by pointing to it but she wont say it. ( Ex. I can ask her where is the blue ball and she will get it) but she wont say much at all. Im worried im doing something wrong???

On Thanksgiving, while at a friends house my 2 year old swallowed a quarter. We ran her to the ER, they x-rayed her, then said go home it should come out in a few days.It is now Monday, It did not come out so I took her back got another x-ray and it hasn't moved. They told me go home and come back Friday. I asked, "then what ?" and he said nothing. So, now I made an appointment for tomorrow with another doctor for a second opinion. I am just worried that this Quarter isn't gonna come out on it's own. How long should I keep waiting and is she going to be ok?

I will be 6 weeks pregnant on the 29th, we will have our first prenatal visit with pelvic ultrasound on Dec. 1. Will I know by then how many I'm having? Not sure if this matters but, we got pregnant through IVF.

Have an abortion. I was curious about how the procedure happened and i just watched a video on the net about it and i was almost in tears and now i can't stop getting the horrible pictures out of my head. I am 33 weeks pregnant and I have been having a sharp pain in my vagina since Saturday and today is monday. I slept today for about 30 min. the pain went away for about 2-3 hrs and came back. Should I go to er or wait and call my doctor in the morning. The pain feels like someone stabbing me with a knife really fast. If I am standing I feel like I can fall to my knees.

I am currently in my third pregnancy and I am a little confused, I forgot when my last period was and my ob can’t give me an accurate date. I was under so much stress the last 3 months I don’t even remember I had to have conceived in the last 3 months. Do you think that the ultrasound is good to pin pointing the correct size of the baby and give me a close date? I am a little skeptical about the ultrasound because for my last pregnancy the ultrasound said my baby was smaller then the calculations of my last period predicted so I got a Dec.10 due date and baby was born Nov.18 so it was a month off.

Before I got pregnant I was a size A. During my pregnancy I went all the way to a C with a lot of stretch marks. I breast fed my lil girl till she was 9 months. and wen i stopped my breast did not get engorged with milk they just went completely flat. what do i do to get them back to normal. I am trying to get pregnant and this time without any fertility medication. I conceived with my son on clomid, but figured I try without this time. It has been several months of trying, but no pregnancy yet. The between times for each of my cycles are 33 days and last for about 5 days. These next few days will be my fertile days. I have been feeling lots of cramps and such. I'm definatley not pregnant, because I have taken three tests this past month and negative. So is it possible these cramps can be a sign of ovulation?

In the past I had never whooped my son. Yet, now it seems like the only other option because hes so out of control and disrespectful. When I whoop him though he goes off and hides somewhere which makes me feel like I've done something terrible. well she is 8-9 weeks pregnant and i do anything i can to make her life easier but she seems to always wanna fight me and say really mean disturbing and hurtfull things. i try my best to remind myself that she is pregnant and emotional but i have a really hard time swallowing the things that she says to me...it just seems at times that she just doesnt wanna let me speak and wants to yell and swear at me. it just seems that no matter how much i remind myself or her that she or we need to calm down she just goes on a rampage about nothing. i try to walk away but she wants to follow me and keep fighting. sometimes she gets so upset to were she grits her teeth and holds her breath turns red and screams **** through her teeth. i did not know she was pregnant until about 2 weeks ago but i do recall all this starting about a month and a half ago. is this a common situation that guys go through when a girl gets pregnant? ladies please tell me how bad it can get and please be honest.

I see everyone saying you test for progesterone on day 21 to see if you ovulated, but my dr said either day 21, 22, or 23....has anyone else dr said that?
