hi i am new to this thing, so im not really sure how it works lol. but heres my question. i just recently got maried (about a week ago), and me and my husband are really trying for a kid. i am 22, and i was on bc until up to about 2 months ago, which is when we made the decision for children. my husband came inside me everytime we had sex. which was almost everyday, but im not sure when exactly i was ovulating which is why we tried so much. i was sure i got pregnant, my boobs hurt, i had to urinate all the time, i started taking prenatel pills and everything, i did take a test that was negative, but not remembering when exactly my last period was, i wasnt sure it had been long enouph. ne ways we had are hopes up, but than today i started my period. i was soo devistated. i thought for sure i was, and i know that neither of us are infertal because both have been checked. so i dont know what to do. i know that you ovulate 14 days after the 1st day of your period, but when does it end?

My almost 8 mth old son still isn't able to cruise or crawl. He can push himself around on his belly and go backwards, stand with assistance, sit up unaided, etc. The only problem is he wants us to constantly be holding him up or play with him on the floor. If we leave the room he screams. If we aren't playing with him or only a few feet away, he whines and cries. Is this normal? I am torn as to whether it is seperation anxiety or just him being frustrated that he can't get around to do the things he wants to do, so he screams for us. I feel bad doing housework or other things I need to do because he gets so unhappy. Other family members say to just leave him on the floor with some toys, that he'll get over it. Am I hurting him more by always running to him and doing everything for him?

Is six weeks too early to detect the pregnancy hormone? Is a craving for cold boiled peanuts and peanut butter a symptom? Does your urine change?

What are the reasons for a missed miscarriage. Why does it happen? Are hormones to blame, I was breast feeding my 6 month old child. I am very hurt that this little 5cm or mm embryo could have been a bouncing child to play with my other child... please help.

parent believe they can get through to their children when their naughty by hitting them with a wooden spoon.
i feel that any sort of hitting is wrong .. but parents believe its the right thing to do if their child misbehaves.
what do you think?

Any here ever used a FEMDOM? This is a type of contraception that is for women, it is inserted into the femails vagina and you get the idea.

If anybody has used it, whats it like? painful? messy? etc.

Thanks.

Mum has always been very anti-sex b4 marriage and has always said that if i got myself pregnant then don't bother coming home. She's not the sorta person to joke about this stuff...she has too much pride. So how then do i tell her i'm pregnant and have no other support? It's not confirmed by a doctor because i'm too scared but a home test said yes. Please help...especially mums who have been faced with this situation.

I'm a little over 37 weeks pregnant and the last few days after I go to the bathroom there has been little white gooey pieces of something in the toilet (looks similar to a mans semen...sorry if this is nasty) but I know it isn't that, because my spouse and I haven't had sex in a while.

Is this my mucous plug coming out slowly, or something else?

I thought that the mucous plug was supposed to have blood in it, is that correct?

Thank you :)

I am an advanced athlete, working out at least 2 hours a day etc and just had a miscarriage. I have read in so many places and seen with my own eyes so many women who excercise while pregnant and everything turned out okay. Just curious could this be a factor though to cause a miscarrige? I mean so many women don't even have a clue the first 3 weeks that they are pregnant.

i have a 4 week old baby girl ....
i have some problems i wanted to discuss .... first she totally refused my breats from start, started crying like crazy whenever i tried and thus i didnt breast feed her and am giving her formula

from last 2 weeks she has started another habit that she doesnt feed while she is awake ... she is almos always fussy when she is awake ,

her sleep habits r ... she naps in afternoon from almost 3 -5,6 ... and feeds in b/w
then wakes up, cries, remains fussy ... takes short naps till around 1 ... i go throuh hrs of struggles to put her to sleep ... feeds every 2-3 hrs while sleeping .. gets up around 11-12 the next day

do u see any problem in all this or is it normal??
what can i do to make her take her feed while up and how can i get her to sleep earlier

I just had my first miscarriage ever and am curious about what will happen to my cycle afterwards. I had a perfect cycle which was very regular etc. We are trying to conceive and now I will have to start charting again to see what is going to happen to my body. Should I wait awhile to try again? Could people share there experience with me I am a bit stressed about this.

Thanks

I did not believe in spanking. When I went to college I was indoctrinated it was a terrible thing. After I had my own kids I changed my tune big time. I am now kind of a nutty radical advocate:http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-GgIFACYzfqWx8YwvtspSWVmWzA--?cq=1&p=793

I have noticed that it seems like a lot of younger parents are thinking likewise. Perhaps we have noticed how well the Boomers turned out. I think it is becoming apparent that the social experiment of the mid-1950's was wrong and parents had been right for centuries.

Do you think that a lot of younger parents also seem to be coming to this conclusion?
