my newborn is being breastfed exclussively, and I'm returning to work within 2 weeks. I started feeding him the breastmilk from the bottle so as to prepare him for that. I use the 4 oz bottle to collect milk, and also started to feed him from that, until he started to cry as if he wasn't full. I'm now putting about 6-7 oz in a bigger bottle, and he seems to be doing fine, but he does not eat all at once. how long is the milk good for after he's eaten from it.

I am about 17 weeks pergnant now (and my digestion was a little slow even before pregnancy). Though i dont have severe constipation, i need to use a little force. This makes my stomuch bugle. Can this act hurt the baby?

Hi my baby is 5 weeks old at night he is brilliant only waking up once for a feed and goes straight back to sleep but in the day the only way i can get him to sleep is to hold him and as soon as i put him down he wakes up. And he gets very cranky as he's tied.

The sticky whiteish clear discharge that you get after you ovulate if thats a brownish colour could that be implantation bleeding?

Is it just me? Are other parents on here freakin' out over the teenage sex going on in this world today? I have seen so many questions about sex and teens,why do you young ppl wanna have sex and you don't even know about your own body yet?And why isn't someone talking to you about self love and self respect?If you don't think you can wait,ok, then what about condoms to protect you from diseases, or other birth control to prevent you from having a baby you don't want, or a baby your parents don't wanna raise?For both sides guys lie to get what they want(sex), girls lie too for love they are trying to find from stupid guys.What is going to happen when you get pregnant?,THE guy will walk. And the teenagers don't think about premature babies that die every year becuase young woman's bodies are not ready for carrying a baby. IF YOU can't talk to your parents,get the correct sex education from books,internet,etc.,,,,,,,BUT first of all love your self first,You are the only one that will!

I have a baby of 2 months and 3 weeks and I'm doing dream feed but it seems here in Switzerland they don't like the idea of waking up babies to feed them but no one can tell me why it's nt good for the babies.

Here's a story...

This guy I know is my best friend.

I love him.

He loves me.

Of course, the story doesn't end there.

I'm only 14- my parents said I could date this specific guy when I was 15. That happens in 5 months.

The problem is that I'm not sure my parents will really let us "date" when I'm 15. (movies without my brother inbetween, holding hands, kissing sometimes... going places alone... etc.)

Is that to much to ask?

The guy is 16, super respectful, and has already been waiting for about a year and 2 months. I've known him for like a year and a half.

What do you think is appropriate?

I think it was Bacterial vaginosis. me and my husband were both treated for the infection and given pills. Now that i am pregnant i am feeling a little dicomfort in my vagina. is it from pregnancy? or its an infection? of I am so obsessed i will get another infection. When i go to the bathroom i see clear discharge. With my undies i hardly get any discharge. Its so confusing. I had a miscarraige and i don't won't the worst it happen again. she has been a runaway since june and her boyfriend is 17 and has been in alot of trouble with the police. my daughter has issues with lying all the time, she will argue about anything. she was abusing to my other 2 kids, ages 4 and 6, and she made reports to child protective services that my husband of 12 years was abusing her. im almost 18 weeks pregnant, i dont really feel very pregnant because i no longer have morning sickness. and my belly is still rather flat although in the evenings i tend to get bloated so i look like im pregnant. any ways has any other woman around 17/18 weeks ever notice small amounts of fluid coming from one or both of your nipples? at first i thought i was just sweating but no there is actually fluid coming from my nipples. normal or not????

To make this short, I did not have sex but this guy and I were fooling around 5 days ago (21st Nov), and things might have gotten a little close. I took the plan B pill about 13 hours later. From the 25th, I noticed a pinkish discharge but didn't think much of it. Today it started to get a little brown, and just a couple of hours ago there was actual blood, like my period (but lighter). my past period was 2 weeks ago.

I've heard that spotting is a side effect of Plan B. Has anyone had this happen? and what do you think my chances are of being pregnant?

It was almost 2 years ago that my daughter was in the NICU for 8 weeks (not a preemie!) I continue to have nightmares about that whole experience from time to time. Am I alone in this? My daughter is very healthy now. Thanks.

Yes I did post a plea for help for my daughter, she doesn't know about it but I thought maybe someone out there would have a little Christmas spirit to help in the community instead of giving bad advice about charities that dont help with a car to go to work or get her a better job, and no Potterville is a tiny village with no jobs and Charlotte she has all apps in and no call backs, family is me with a full time job and cant drive her to her job, no bus line, Dad is a deadbeat no child support and she did have her tubes tied and did use birth control, Grandma here wanted her to get an abortion, and right to life talks like they would help but once the baby is here do they pay the heat or mortgage while she works for Macds there is no jobs for woman who want to work 40 hours while the 2 others are in school, and why do right to life want more kids in the world , my daughter loves her kids, but she needs a good car and a40 hour a week job too, so once the kid is here where is right TL

my four year old daughter will not say sorry or apologize, she is very stubborn.. if for any reason we send her to time out she doesn't mind staying there for a long time...she sometimes sleeps or just talks to herself so it is not about the place we do the time out in....she doesn't say sorry at the end of the time and most of the time she doesn't move even if we tell her she can....any advice on how to get her to apologize and how to solve the time out dillema.....basically how to deal with a stubboron preschooler.

i tried to apologize in front of her in different situations didn't work
