My daughter told me she was taking ginger pills (500 mg) for morning sickness. She heard it might help and is trying about everything to be able to go to work. She said there is a warning on the ginger bottle concerning pregnant or nursing women, and we wondered what the danger is, since apparently it's a relatively common treatment of morning sickness.

last week moved new apt was busy past 15 days in packing n all , i missed my period; i dont hve idea abt pg symptoms but i hve back ache , body aches, early morning i feel hungry, probably i m pee more dont hve idea.! how many more days i hve to wait to take home kit test or check with doc? let me know symptoms too?

Do you think that they are just a way of making money by making parents insecure? Or do you think they really help? Or, do you prefer spending a lot of time with your kids outside and showing them things?
I personaly can see the point of those toys and would buy my kids some of them, but I also think it is important to spend active quality time with kids. What do you think?

I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or if there's something else medically wrong with me. I'm 15 weeks late on my period. I'm noticing some physical changes like breast enlargement and tenderness. I have nasuea 24/7 some light some not. I get dizzy or feel like I'm going to faint. I get terrible back and head aches. Constantly tired and difficulty sleeping at nights. I've gained weight. I don't have insurance and I don't know of any clinics around here. Also, if I wear tight pants will that hurt the baby if I am pregnant? They're only tight around the waist. That's how much weight I've gained. Am I just being paranoid about the whole thing? Any suggestions or advice would be helpful.

When I was little, I remember the daycares that I went to...and some of the stuff that went on there. Pacifiers were considered community...everyone used them, whether they belonged to them or not...and if one child had a medication, it was given to everyone (to prevent the others getting sick?). There was no guarantee that my little sister or I would go home wearing our own clothes..if they got dirty, the daycare chick would put us in someone else's spare clothes. Is that common practice, or was it just something that happened when I was little? I plan on staying at home with my child, but if I need to go back to work, I want to know what will happen.

My daughter is 19months and seems to be only interesting in drinking milk, I can hardly get her to eat anything. Any advice on how to work around this or should it just work itself out. I've tried everything I can think of.... one example... telling her she can have her milk if she eats some of her dinner, but that doesn't even work. Even trying to brib her w/ sweets, she doesn't want to eat. Any tips would be helpful!!

I am trying for a baby with my partner, and we had sex when i should have been most fertile. I was hopeful that i had fallen pregnant until my period came a week early. It seems to be more of a pink colour than red, but i have also been feeling nauseous in the mornings. Im sure im not pregnant, but is it possible to still have periods if you are?
