I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or if there's something else medically wrong with me. I'm 15 weeks late on my period. I'm noticing some physical changes like breast enlargement and tenderness. I have nasuea 24/7 some light some not. I get dizzy or feel like I'm going to faint. I get terrible back and head aches. Constantly tired and difficulty sleeping at nights. I've gained weight. I don't have insurance and I don't know of any clinics around here. Also, if I wear tight pants will that hurt the baby if I am pregnant? They're only tight around the waist. That's how much weight I've gained. Am I just being paranoid about the whole thing? Any suggestions or advice would be helpful.

Just so you all know I'm 22 and my husband is 25 so info about teens may not be that useful to me. I've taken many tests at home during the first 3 months just not recently. If they were all negative then would they show up differently now?

Hmm..you should most definitely get a pregnancy test! If you are pregnant, you can get a medical card (contact your state's dept of health and human resources) to pay for your doctors and hospital visits at no charge at all to you. Best of luck!

Absence of a period is often one of the first signs of pregnancy, but not having a period can also be caused by other medical reasons. Buy an in home pregnancy test, they can be purchased at any drug store and many other stores sell them, too, like Target or Wal-Mart. Many of the symptoms you describe could be due to pregnancy. Look in the phone book under Abortion Alternatives to find a clinic in your area. They will be able to help you if you are pregnant. Tight pants will not hurt the baby when you are pregnant. It will make you uncomfortable, but the baby is very well protected and cushioned in the uterus.

If you could take a test to see if you're pregnant... should be able to pick one up at any local drug store. As for clinics you could call a local hospital and see if anyone there knows of a clinic near you. Sounds very much like you're pregnant and you'll need prenatal care. Depending on how tight your pants are... it could restrict the flow of blood from the plancenta to your baby. So be careful w/ that... it can also cause heartburn as well. Go to someone you trust and get the help you need... Good luck w/ everything.

you should have already taken a pregnancy test especially since early stages of pregnancy are the most important for the health of the baby and your health. contact human resources (social services) and they can tell you how to get medicaid and any clinics in your area. tight pants around the abdomen are a bad idea even if you aren't pregnant. i would go for pants that fit better. the head aches are from not getting enough nourishment if you are pregnant since the baby takes away from your nourishment. you need to be on prenatal vitamins. otherwise you can wind up with some health and dental problems. good luck

Can't you take a home pregnancy test? If you're 15 weeks pregnant, it's bound to show up there by now. Have you gained weight evenly or in certain areas? Only thing I can suggest is finding a free clinic to get yourself checked. Good luck!

You need to take a pregnancy test right away. You also need to find someone who you can confide in that may be able to help you out. You should try checking the yellow pages and hospitals to see if anyone knows of a clinic. If you are pregnant (which it sounds like you are) you need to get prenatal care right away. You may very well already be well into your 2nd trimester.

You should go to your drug store and get a home pregnancy test.
Then go through your phone book and i'm sure you'll find a clinic or doctor to go to in there, or you can always use the internet.

Go to the store and buy a hpt, that would tell you if your pregnant or not, if positive, you might want to get on state assistance.

Get ready for the pitter patter of little feet. Sleepless nights, smelly diapers.
