If you have your period--either late or early--you are not pregnant. Take a HPT to be sure; but an early period could just mean you ovulated earlier than you thought; thus you did not have sex on your most fertile days and you are not pregnant. Same goes for a later period; ovulation is funny that way, doesn't happen exactly the same way every month. And nausea could be a menstrual symptom even if you've never experienced it before. Another myth: morning sickness doesn't happen in the mornings only. Like I said, take a test to be sure, but be prepared to have it come back negative. Good luck!

Look chancers are your not preggers bleeding after conception is not as common as you might think, well not an actual period anyway, don't get me wrong it does happen but in your case you probably want it so much that you are talking yourself into it. I wonder if you have any children already and how long you have been trying? If you have been trying for a while without success you best get you and your partner off to the doctor get him to do a sperm count and you should have your levels tested and perhaps an ultrsound if nothing seems to be wrong ask your doctor about a fertility program. Beware though you risk having a multible birth

You won't really have a period...it's more like light spotting. I thought I had had a really light period the month before i found out, but it turned out it was implantation...the fertilized egg fusing with the uterine wall can cause spotting that can throw you a month off if it's counted as a period. It could have been a light period, but you need to either take a pregnancy test or wait another month to see if you have your next monthly cycle. It's the only way to know for sure.

Honey, it is perfectly possible to have some bleeding while you are pregnant. It is usually lighter in color and amount. Sometimes it is just implantation bleeding and sometimes it is just a bit of bleeding that could occur for several different reasons.
If you are having symptoms of pregnancy then the odds are very good that you are pregnant. I would have a blood test to be sure.
Good luck!
