at the beginning of this month I ended my period and my birth control. my boyfriend didnt just have one accident! he had three. so I should have started my period yesturday, so today I took a pregnacy test and it came out negative. so is it possible i could be pregnat? and I am new to all this any sympotoms I should feel, just basically anything I should know!

My teenager daughter's grades have gone down hill since 6th grade and she is now a freshman, she says she wants to go to college but doesn't show it in her actions toward school. I have tried many types of punishments to get her to improve, but now I am finally going to take away all her clothing and go to the goodwill and get her a new wardrobe of just plain clothes, nothing that's close to what the children are wearing now, I'm going to get her jeans and shirts a size or two bigger than what she wears,she will look like the outcast instead of one of the "in" girls. I'll let you know how it works out, she has got to get it together and I am a very supportive single parent,I am open and she is not......

I am 17 and my mom has told me that becoming pregnant young would be the biggest disappointment of her life. I feel like it is my choice and I will do what I want to do. I have mostly taken care of myself and I am tired of being scared of her. I do not want to leave her in the dark about my pregnancy though. How do you think I should tell her? She has been known to get fiscal... I don’t think telling her in private away from people would be best. Should I bring my fiancé with me or just tell her one on one?

My new husband had a vasectomy like 9 years ago we live in alberta and we want a baby of our own.we dont have enough money for vasectomy reversal or in vitro unless someone knows how we can get money for it. Ever since I had my children, I've had a problem with my left arm "falling asleep" (for lack of a better term) while I'm sleeping and it doesn't seem to matter what position I'm sleeping in. It keeps waking me up at night and I'm looking for suggestions to improve my circulation or something. Suggestions would be appreciated!

First, she is waking a couple hours after I put her down to sleep at night,
Secondly, her stomach has been growling a lot lately especially in the early evening.
lastly, I am nursing her and it seems like she is frustrated in the evening, fussing while nursing, my breasts feel really soft and when I pump not much comes out. Could she be hungry? I have tried giving her a bottle and she won't take it! Please help

The child is 1 and she sleeps from 5:30 pm to 6:30 am. That's great and everything but my husband seems to think we can do something similar with our son who is 3. I try to tell him there is an age difference and also every child is different. He laready gets 12 hours ina 24 hour period, that's all he needs. How many hours does your 3 yr old get?

The first time she bragged to me that she gave her 7 month old Nyquil to make him sleep deeply so she could go out to party and not have to get a babysitter, just leave him with his 9 yo sister.

The second time I overheard her yelling at her 13 yo daughter for flirting with the mom's boyfriend (he's in his 50s). She yelled that the daughter wasn't going to mess up her relationship.

I also know that the mother is on drugs and prostitutes in the house when her boyfriend is at work

I find it hard to mind my own business when I know that 3 kids are being abused physically, sexually and otherwise. I have kids of my own and would want someone to be concerned if they were in that situation.

Both times, DHS said it was hearsay and did nothing.

The neighbors all look the other way and say I should do the same.

My last menstural period was 24 oct and I found out I am pregnant, the conception is about 18days (13or14 NOV).
I wana know can I take the abortion pill (RU-486, or Mifepristone and Misoprostol) and where can I get it from?
DO I must go to obstetrics and gynecology department or can I just go any clinic?

The cramping that I was feeling was more towards my lower abdomin closer to the pubic synthesis I have only gotten them once Ihave woken up from being asleep at night and it has happen the last two night and they are so uncomfortable I can't fall back asleep. I am worried that this is not normal and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or knows what might be behind these. I don't know if it makes any difference but the same night this started is the first night I felt the baby moving. Please let me know any of your thoughts.

It's funny how people complain about their lives and they don't even have chidlren yet, a mortgage or other stressful respoinsibilites and they complain and feel sorry for themselves. My brother does it all the time and I just want him to live a day in my life (wiht a toddler in his terrible two's and a newborn). Atleast he can take a nap whenever he wants, that right there makes his life a heck of a lot easier!

I i'm not sure if my period came on simply because it was light pink and bright red spots then it got a little heavy then light and repeated this pattern for 3 days my cycle was suppose to come on the 24 but it came on the 20 my boobs are still bigger and i started vomiting this morning and now i'm starting to have cramps again but slight please help

I don't want to not eat because of the baby AND I am hungry but it's the thought of eating most of anything is making me just want to throw up. Has anyone got any ideas on what healthy options I can have. The only things I have been able to take is bread and fruit.
