How long till I can take a pregnancy test? I’m supposed to start my cycle on the 4th.

There's one called Early Response that you can use up to 5 days BEFORE your period is due.

They have several pregnany tests available now. They came out with a new one from First Response that supposed to the earliest detection. I just bought a generic brand pg test that came with two. If the first one turns out negative, wait about a week a try the second one. I would probably try testing about 5 days before your next cycle supposed to start.

Wait until you've missed your cycle, usually three or so days after the date your cycle should start, so around December 7th. If you test before then, your body may not have enough of the HCG hormone for the pregnancy test to detect. Best of luck!

you can take the first responce test on thurday. i would test in the morning just to be safe. with this test you can test five days before your missed period. also get the one with two test in the box. if you do not get a positive on thurday wait till the 3 and test again. just to be sure. good luck
