there is another way you can try, the procedure is called :Sperm Aspiration for ICSI, Men with no sperm at all in their ejaculate can now have their own child, because sperm can be retrieved from their testicle or epididymis and injected into their wives' eggs. The highest pregnancy rates with this approach and the least pain and discomfort to the male require that these sperm retrieval procedures be performed microsurgically, and not with either crude needlesticks or gross surgical techniques. i'm not sure on cost by try visiting this webiste good luck

Well, I am a little wary of invitro--they make as many embryos as you have eggs to give (usually about 5-20) and then they only implant 2-3 of these embryos--the other little embryos die. Its very sad. I read an article once about a woman who did in-vitro and she and her husband froze the other 8 embryos--after she had her baby, she "realized" that those frozen embryos were really little babies and she and her husband decided to have those 8 more children!!! A good ending, but a difficult situation to be in, huh?

Anyway, here's a great website on sterilization reversal complete with success stories and doctor names: http://www.onemoresoul.com/sterilization-reversal.php

Good luck and God bless!

We just had a vasovosostomy done on my partner. This is a vasectomy reversal. Our insurance covered all but $250.00 of it. We're in our third month of trying now! Good Luck!

Vasectomy reversal IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.

My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I'm sorry to hear about that but your options are pretty limited. You can try to get a reversal procedure done or go to a fretility doctor that may be able to get some sperm out of him and inseminate you. Good luck!
