Def something w/ low sugar... so a cereal special K or something a slice of 12 grain bread w/ peanut butter. I would always eat cheese and crackers, not saying it's the healthiest choice but I couldn't help myself..lol

I would eat carrots or a piece of cheese, or some applesauce. Midday snacks can be more "junky;" I used to eat a McDonald's hamburger for a snack! LOL

Try non-fat yoghurt...make sure it does not have high fructose corn syrup. Wallabee is a wonderful, creamy brand.
