can sex deform or affect the baby in the worm, and can it affect the mother and her womb or pregancy

You can have sex with your wife throughout her pregnancy at any time, given that her doctor hasn't given her any medical reason why she can't! Don't worry! The only time I'd say not to have sex is if she starts to feel uncomfortable or it hurts, in that case abstain. ;-)

But it will not affect the womb or the pregnancy if it's a healthy pregnancy!

It's not dangerous to have sex during pregnancy. My husband was "joking" about poking the babies on the heads. You have to remember that the penis goes NO where near the womb or fetus or even the uterus. There is no risk of infection because of the amniotic sac. I had sex with both my pregnancies upto delivery. Just be receptive to your wife and at the end of the pregnancy you may have to try other positions (side, doggy, cowgirl) due to your wife not being able to be on her back for period of time and the belly.
Granted speak to her OB at the next appt because your wife could be having some pregnancy conditions that seeing I don't have a medical degree or can look at her medical record...
When in doubt talk to your OB, no question is stupid.

It's perfectly safe...the baby is cushioned by a lot of amniotic fluid. Having sex will not affect the baby...it's actually been said that the rocking motion soothes the baby. Unless the mother has an incompetent cervix, it shouldn't affect anything...and if her cervix is incompetent, there's not much you can do. Ask your doctor for sure, but I'm 38 weeks along, and have had no problems whatsoever having sex...although some positions have been rather uncomfortable.

Hi there. As long as everything is normal and your wife is not in any danger of miscarrying ( like bleeding or any other problems, the doctor will tell you not to have sex in these situations) then it is perfectly safe to have sex all that you want for as long as you want. Once your wife's water has broken or if she has lost her mucus plug you should not make love any more.
Basically as long as the two of you still feel like it, you can make love.
There is no way that making love can hurt the baby or cause it to be deformed. Nature thinks of everything, believe me, it will be just fine. Just be gentle and listen to what makes your wife feel comfortable. Close to the end of pregnancy some women just do not feel comfortable enough to make love and that is understandable.
The most important thing is loving communication between the two of you.
Take care of each other and good luck.
Blessings
Lady T~

I think that you might want to check with your wife's OBGYN, especially since your baby is in a WORM! After this one, do the world a favor and don't have any more kids. Why would you ask a bunch of mutants on line a question you should be asking that doctor? You can have sex with her up to the last few weeks of pregnancy, I forget the exact time ... it's been a while, but you should be getting to know the OBGYN every bit as well as your wife. Ask the doctor!!!!!

You can have sex with her up until time for birth - given that there are no problems (with either one of you), for example if she bleeds during sex or if you guys have an STD or infection, or if your doctor advises you otherwise. Other than that, you can enjoy sex all you want. One thing that might hinder you is when the baby bump starts to get really big but you can always work around it.

Most doctors say it is safe up until delivery, you just have to be a little more gentle. From another point of view,it also makes your partner feel more at ease because she realizes that although she"s lost her nice figure and may be swollen in areas that she never was before, that instead of you wandering, you still find her beautiful and sexy and can"t keep your hands off,and still desperately want to make love to her. She"s still #1!

sex is the best thing to do while pregnant, this makes the labor and delivery easier, it keeps the moist down there and keeps it open, the doctor will tell you when you all should stop having sex, and i think thats only if there are some problems occuring during sex.

Unless her doctor advises her not to have sex, it is safe right up until she delivers. (As long as your wife is willing)
You won't poke the baby in the head or anything like that, if that's what you're worried about. LOL.
