Before I got pregnant I was a size A. During my pregnancy I went all the way to a C with a lot of stretch marks. I breast fed my lil girl till she was 9 months. and wen i stopped my breast did not get engorged with milk they just went completely flat. what do i do to get them back to normal. They are saggy and flat...its kind of depressing.

The reality is, they may never get back to normal. It's best to ask your doctor to be certain. I'm sorry :/

Hi! I was exactly your size, with a beautiful C cup while breastfeeding, and after I stopped, they went flat, too.. Truth is, they aren't coming back... They're gone forever, sad and defeated, but they've served their purpose, which is to nourish your child. Keep telling yourself that, it's very important and a lot of women don't do it simply because of the fear of losing their formerly perky breasts. You do have options. Obviously, boob job, which is invasive, expensive, not guaranteed, and you have to go back for surgery after 10 or so years. You can also get a lift, but if you were small to begin with like me, theres probably not much left to lift besides a bunch of skin. You can waste some money on breast enhancing products which make you do nothing more than retain water. OR you can do what I do- go to the gym, start working those pecs, and your girls will perk up a little. The muscle will not perform a miracle, but it'll help some, and your new muscles will help your new body image! Otherwise, that stretched out skin is stretched for good. Invest in some Victorias Secret bras and be proud. The stretch marks fade nicely, but they're still there. All part of being a mom. Good job!

It could be a problem because you used a tight bra to contain the breast during pregnancy and later. It is a common problem with 20% of girls. Try using supportive bras. Natural paste of cucumber can help to fix the skin texture back and stiff. Apply cucumber paste (Fresh & no any mix) to the upper portion of the breast over night for one month. Be care full not to feed the baby during this treatment. Baby will catch cold very easily. To clean up in the morning use mild soap and some antiseptic solutions, since cucumber is fully a biological substance could create smell around. Take care.

Above treatment will help to make the skin firm and to make the breast firm. But to reduce the size...... ??? Why do you want to reduce when you have got a better one.... :-).

It happens, exercises that work the chest muscle will help with that. Don't be depressed.... you had a baby! It's such a beautiful thing, and you I'm sure look just wonderful, especially for having a precious little one! Yes, having a baby changes our body's, but remember it took at least 9 months to get that way... it will take some time getting it back, and even then, might not be perfectly normal. For myself, I am not the same as before I had my son, but I'm not that much different- working out and eating healthy has helped a lot.

Goodluck, stay happy.... you are beautiful!

Unfortunately part of the change that comes with childbirth! The breast will never be the same again. The muscles have changed. There are certain excercises you can do, check with a trainer or on-line, but it will take a lot of work and dedication. I was wroking out intensely after 3rd and in best shape of my life and they still were not back to normal.

I went from a C to an E I stoped breast feeding a week ago and my boobs are normal no saging or hanging, there is still some milk left but not even enough to pump out. So they can go back to normal

i have to agree with "skinny" they will never be the same again. the stretch marks will always be there (they may fade a LITTLE but not much) and the loss of firmness... well that's reality. i'm lucky that i was a C before i got pregnant... so i never went "flat" but there's no firmness! i am having my 5th child in April. when i am POSITIVE my family is complete i WILL BE getting breast implants as "skinny" suggested to you!

CONGRATS on your new bundle of joy!

Chiming in...

The nipples will never be the same again, which isn't a bad thing from a guy's point of view.

The rest will never go back to their original shape either.

When you get older, they will start heading for the floor too.

Don't worry, you will still be attractive. There is definitely sex after babies, and in fact, it's better than before if you want it to be.

They will remain saggy and flat, I breastfed for a year. They will never get back to normal (I'm telling you from experience) I know exactly what you are going through.
I had them fixed surgically.

I'm sorry to say that your boobs will never be the same again. I have nursed two children, each for a year. It's very sad, but I think implants are the only solution for regaining perk.
