Source: Here in southeast Michigan. Home to 500,000 Arabs. Information? 8 Iraqi men informed me the Americans will not win In Iraq. It is a lost cause they said. They said we (USA MIlitary) can leave Iraq now with 3,505 dead and lose "OR" Leave in 10 years with 20,000 dead and lose the war. It's our choice the Iraqis said.

My fiance and I are getting married this month. He's been telling me how happy it will make him if we have a baby together. I know it's important to him and I want to make him happy and proud to know he's gonna be a father but I'm a little nervous about the decision. I'm turning 19 this July and I haven't even started school yet. That's the only thing holding me back because I feel that life will be a lot easier after I finish nursing school. But at the same time, I don't want him to lose hope in his dreams. Family is important to him. Next year, he will be stationed somewhere in the US so he will be able to be with me if I do get pregnant. I know it'll make him very happy. Should I or should I not. My relatives tell me the smart decision would be to not, but I do want a little family of my own one day. Just don't know if this is the right time? Being in the military is hard, will having his baby make his life and job more worthwhile to know we're waiting for him?

Okay so I've been a long-time user of preperation H, and the other night when I was having severe itching in..you know..that area :(, well I was scratching away and not only did it start bleeding, but these large swelly bumps started appearing and they released some sort of a yellowish liquid...it ran down to my ankles.
So I applied some prep-h and it only worsened. I've been in such bad pain the entire day, and I am not only in a horrible mood, but I can't get away from the computer...
what do you think it is?!?!?!

My husband is in the USAF. We have been married for 6 mnths and he just left for Turkey 3 wks ago for 4 mnths. How often do they usually call? When he was in Iraq, he called 2x/wk. I've only heard from him 1 time- 1 wk ago. He gave me his email address, I email him daily with no response from him, and his address on base, I've already been mailing him packages, cards, etc. Is this normal? His Sgt told me that if I needed anything to just call them and that they would "track him down", that they are use to his father calling to check on him. What should I do? I've been keeping busy with our daughter, working out at gym and will start a part time job Monday. Is he really that busy to where he cant call me or email???

My husband just received orders for Pensacola, Florida as an (USMC) instructor. We will be there for three years and are trying to plan for housing. If you're familiar with the area, what is base housing like? What is the housing off base like? Also, what places/areas (houses-not apartments!) would you recommend or not recommend living?

I know the University of West Florida is in that area and have information on that. Are there any community colleges or other universities? (I'm interested in pursuing a master's or getting my teaching certificate.)

Any information on Pensacola would be helpful in general! Thanks in advance!

The year - 2025. Radical groups have attacked the U.S. and other countries in great force and have nearly defeated us all. You are president. Once push of the button sets off nuclear destruction all over the world, potentially killing off 95% of human life as we know it. Do you do it ...or surrender?

BAGHDAD - Roadside bombers killed seven U.S. troops Saturday, five of them in a single blast near Baghdad, and an eighth soldier died of a non-combat cause — raising to 25 the number of American soldiers killed this week.

Explosions aimed at U.S. patrols that kill several troops at once are common, but the recent frequency of such large-scale attacks may signal militants are using larger bombs or explosively formed penetrators, known as EFPs, as they fight back against a series of U.S. military operations. And this is a war that President Bush and the war supporters said would last about 7 or 8 months. ( Said by Rumsfelt in Feb 2003.." I do not envision this war lasting over 7 or 8 months")

I have made my decision to join the military and go into college under an ROTC program(Army ROTC or NROTC Marine Option, not sure). I would either like to do infantry or fly helicopters(preferably Sea Knight in the Marines or Black Hawks in the Army, but again, still not sure which branch). Im really just not sure which one I would like to do. In some ways the Marines seem better because at least then I would become a Marine Officer and lead a Platoon WITHOUT having to "try-out" for the Rangers and take the risk of failing and not becoming one. But at the same time Rangers SEEM(not sure PLEASE correct me if Im wrong) more elite than Marines having Airborne training and being integrated into SOCOM. If anyone would like to offer advice/opinions/whatever that would be great.

Thanks

P.S. - I am leaning more toward Infantry right now if anyone needs to know to help, but I could change my mind.

I am a store manager for Starbucks. We collect donations in the form of bags of coffee to send to soldiers in Iraq. I'm told that in order for us to send these donations, we must ship the coffee directly to a specific soldier, rather than some sort of general address. Can anyone hook me up with a U.S. soldier in Iraq who would be willing to distribute coffee to other members of our armed forces in the areas where good coffee is a luxury? (By the way, I'm told that in areas where brewing the coffee is not an option, our soldiers often chew the beans for that "coffee buzz." We would be sending whole beans to insure freshness.) Most of the coffee we send is purchased and donated by our customers who attach short notes of encouragement to our armed forces members. The person at our store who used to head up this operation recently transferred to another store, and the soldier to whom we used to send the beans has since returned to the States. Please help us help them.
