Ummm....yes. That is an enlisted rank. You are not required to have a degree for that rank. Only officers.

A good Marine can make E6 in about 7-9 years, maybe even sooner during wartime like now. You do not need a degree; the only time you need a degree is if you want to become an officer, and even then there are ways around it, because you can earn your way up to Warrant Officer without a degree.
I recommend you get your education, if you're going to enlist, the Corps will pay for it, so you may as well take advantage.

You don't need a Masters Degree to make Field Grade Officer(Major/Lt.Commander). A good 4-year degree will get you to Colonel with enough time. Most modern Generals do hold Masters Degree's, or some form of higher education beyond just 4 years. And you can't even get a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant without the 4-year Degree.

Non-commissioned officers are not required to have degrees, but they do help, and college courses are available to enlisted personnel and NCOs at great prices. Depending on your personal skill set, the needs of the Corps at the time, and your own motivation, you can apply for OCS. If you are under 24, you can apply for an appointment to a service academy. Junior grade officers are not required to have degrees, but they are not promoted beyond company level without a 4-year sheepskin. Field officers are expected to earn or hold master's tickets. Flag officers need connections in Congress.

Yes. Enlisted personnel are not required to have or to get degrees. The officer corp on the other hand must have a degree to get their commission.

Sure can. It will take between 6 and 10 years of enlistment. May as well get your degree in that time!
