There was a planned first invasion by American ground troops beggining with an operation known as codename Operation olympic in November 1945 with other operations to follow but the Americans would have been outnumbered 3 to 2 by the Japanese who also were bolstered by their own fanatical fighting spirit/

What is the atitude of people in S. Korea regarding North Korea? Do they want them to be free, or do they just hope that they will leave them alone. I understand that many families are divided, do they communicate? please give us some insight into this matter.

Good programme on UK TV tonight asks that question, and continues by saying the Iranian President has promised to do just that!
Also Isreal is preparing for this battle!
What is your personal opinion on :-
Who will actually start this?
Will Isreal just sit by and wait to be attacked?
What, (if anything) will the United Nations do about it?
What will be the final outcome?
Plenty of questions there to mull over!

President Bush and his cronies have failed the US and the world with his fraudulant 'War on Terror.' After one of many intelligence failures for this pres, the attacks on 9/11, the admin. has secured itself a blank check to fight terrorism around the world. Instead of just streamlining our intel agencies and improving our airport security, both of which remain in a sorry state, Bush has instead embarked on a murderous rampage of his own. He has destroyed the US's place in the world of democracy by unseating two sovereign governments. Both have been replaced by weak gov'ts, and even Afghanistan is in a more unstable position than before. After spending billions of dollars that we do not have, $378 Billion (http://costofwar.com/numbers.html) in Iraq alone as of March 31, 2006, all we have to show for it is more enemies, more soldiers dead than victems of 9/11, and zero credibility in the world.The Question is: Is it worth is?
