You will be assigned in the Communications Unit. Studies can be continued even when you are already in the Air Force.

Yes you can if you are fit and have good vision.But to join ,You must write their exam ...which tests your aptitude.If you get through that,then your medical is done at any of the major bases,but I think it will most probably in Delhi.The medical tests are accompanied by Psycho analysis and fitness where they check for you strengths in the time of stress.All the information you need is available on the indian air force website.They will allow you to continue studying in one of their premier institutes.

Hello dear,
I am retired from air force.
you have appear for SSB examination advertisement for which comes in all the national english news papers or employment news. or you can see it on air force side.
the exam is in three phases
1. written exam for ur subject knowledge
2. objective type exam for your analytical skills and other skills.
3. physical and mental test both written and verbal called as SSB interview( staff selecteion board)
finally u will be selected for accounts branch.
after completing your training u can proceed with ur studies.
