Technically, we won't be intimidated by that statement. We (the United States) have far more nuclear warheads than the DPRK. Our delivery system is far more accurate than yours, and we have a TMD (Theatre Missile Defence) system in place already.

Add to the fact that the United States will have a fair amount of warning time before North Korea actually launched its nuclear missile.

Only a moron would deliberately crashed a missile between the ocean. And the designs for North Korea's nuclear weapon is so outdated, it is at most useful for a show of force (if the answerer [iraq56] was here, my guess is he's gonna laugh his *** off this statement from Kim).

North Korea is now boasting that it can fire effectively any nuclear bomb. Thus, they can now harass other states to impose their interests.
