yes, how else can we get rid of the bad people in the world, but we have to make sure we are going into war for a real reason not just hatred or material interests, and be carefull of who gets the power after war, otherwise the same crimes are gonna happend, exept different people are gonna be commiting the crimes,
thats the reason the war on irak has taken so long, the u.s. didnt have a real reason to go to war, and the people who want to be in charge of irak are just looking after their own interests

As bad as it sounds, sometimes war is necessary to bring peace. The First and Second World Wars are an example.

War is easier than peace
Its easier to hate your enemy than love them
I true brave man shows up to battle without a gun
peace means taking the hit and forgiving rather than fighting back
everybody wants the same thing
while the world is so uneven peace will be impossible

In such a world of conflict, a world of victims and executioners, it is the job of thinking people, not to be on the side of the executioners. War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made or kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. Unfortunately freedom is not free, our freedom is maintained because we are willing to fight to protect it. If we were a nation of pacifists we would certainly be speaking Russian, German or possibly Chinese by now. I do not like war anymore than you, but I understand it. We make war that we may live in peace.

the saying is "si vis pacem, para bellum" meaning if you want peace, prepare for war.
I am afraid it is true. While spending money on the army is really a waste from the economic point of view (99% of the army gear never gets used in peacetime, but has to be replaced) the state of human nature makes such an investment an absolute necessity.
Kind of like buying a fire extinguisher when living with a pyromaniac room mate. You HOPE never having to use it, but it is very sensible to have one handy

No its not true,
If UN act like what they have in their charter, and Super powers don't dominate UN then there is not need of war for peace, we can solve all the worst situation matters on table.
Mostly people offend by threats which creat problem and war stiuations. We should avoid that.

Well, if we could all just put down our weapons at the same time and swear off war with one voice, no we wouldn't need war. Unfortunately this is not likely ever to happen, as the people who want war are just going keep their weapons and use them on the people who don't.

I don't think so because war makes the situation worse. Innocent people will have to suffer. Why can't the world just stop fighting and get alone? No war, no fighting, just admit they are wrong.

No. If we want peace, we need knowledge of the truth and then love through a personal relationship with Jesus.
