President Bush and his cronies have failed the US and the world with his fraudulant 'War on Terror.' After one of many intelligence failures for this pres, the attacks on 9/11, the admin. has secured itself a blank check to fight terrorism around the world. Instead of just streamlining our intel agencies and improving our airport security, both of which remain in a sorry state, Bush has instead embarked on a murderous rampage of his own. He has destroyed the US's place in the world of democracy by unseating two sovereign governments. Both have been replaced by weak gov'ts, and even Afghanistan is in a more unstable position than before. After spending billions of dollars that we do not have, $378 Billion (http://costofwar.com/numbers.html) in Iraq alone as of March 31, 2006, all we have to show for it is more enemies, more soldiers dead than victems of 9/11, and zero credibility in the world. The Question is: Is it worth is?

Of course it wasn't worth it. About two months ago the US military member casualties surpassed the number of civilians lost on 9/11.

Not to mention the thousands upon thousands of Iraqi civilians that lost their lives during our pointless war to control the region. History will definitely tell the tale of Bush's idiocy.

Can't say it matters anymore. First, Bush will be in office for another 18 months. There is no stopping what has happened. Second, this is a long road to a different global position that will no surface until after the dust from a Global War is settled. At this point there is no telling where we are going. You can be angry, you can shake your fish, you can decry Bush, but the journey has begin.

It's worth it because there has been no failure nor fraud.

The war on terror was never designed to be short term...
...and it's a global war...

I think it's a success because terrorist organizations have either folded (like the IRA), have been put out of business (like ETA), or have been forced to regroup (Like Al-Qaida).

I think Bush has made it clear to the world that the US has exhausted diplomacy and will now turn to tougher measures
(like no fluid aboard planes, huge tarrifs on cargo without detailed markings, no sale of US ports to arabic countries, and a less porous border with Mexico)

The enemies the US has made were always enemies...it's simply made more evident by US media.

If you were on the streets of Europe, ask anyone if the hate Bush and they will happily say "yes...he is bad".

in the same conversation they will tell you they fear Muslim extremists...and they will credit the US for it's actions against extremists.

Bush isn't liked outside of the US because it's popular to not like him.
Within the US, the only Americans that think he has failed or committed some crime...

are cowards like you.

Actually, the 'blank check' was a way to remove all the intelligence obstacles put into place by the last Administration. For example, the 'wall' preventing communication between the CIA and FBI, put into place by a Clintonista named Jamie Gorelick, prevented the CIA from warning the FBI about Mohammed Atta.

Bush has now succeeded in rounding up quite a few terrorists, before they could strike, thanks to the removal of those illogical obstacles. Bush even busted the Blind Sheikh, responsible for the first World Trade Center attack, for directing terrorist operations from his prison cell through his attorney, a Leftist America-hater like yourself.

And, Comrade Commie, no American in their right mind will listen to the irrational spew of an enemy of America like yourself. Go back to Commie-land and screw over some other country.

And have a nice day.

It's not easy to answer your question because I would have to agree with everything you have stated which I dont. I think the media is blowing the issues way out of control. But if I could Dissagree with you I might have a good argument against what you have said which can be used to give you an opinion

Have you personally served in Afghanistan or IRAQ? Have you been there or talked to the people who are living there and not in some other country?

Reguardless of what happend Pre-911 and Pre today it's all a moot point you can't change what happened and can only work on today and 2morrow. Are you Security or Intellegence Expert? If not I hardly think your a credable enough to make such a statement, though it is your given right I think if you have no background in anythign your talking about here it just stands to make you look like a shockjock.

Is this really a Murderous Rampage? I invite you to email me your information pertaining to your statement and how it links directly to his decessions. To simply say if we hadn't invaded then it wouldn't have happened is riduculous and in no way can you indicate those people would have died from violence anyhow....Unless your Crystal ball really does work. 2 Sovereign GOVERNMENTS???WHAT plannet are you living on? How Many Countries in the UN Recognized the TALIBAN before they were over thrown???I know the answer do you? 2 Iran and Pakistan, does 2 out of the rest mean they are LEGIT???I think not. Did anyone in the WORLD community outside of FRANCE, Germany, Russia, and China give Sadam's regime legitmacy? I would argue no, they just accepted a Dictator in charge, As why those other countries did, GUESS WHAT they WERE OWED BILLIONS of dollars by him and wanted him around as long as they got rich!

As far as Iraq and Afghanistan being more unstable, the question remains HAVE YOU BEEN THERE, and if not what do you REALLY know about the people and the problems that CNN didn't tell you? I have served in Afghanistan and can attest the PEOPLE WANTING us there and helping restore some of the freedoms they had before the Civil war which the COmmunist took over, before the WAR with Russian, and before the RISE of the Taliban.

The Taliban consisted of people mostly associated with the Pashtun tribes of Afghanistan and more directly linked with the Khowst province, MORE importantly the leaders of this organization consisted mainly of NON AFGHAN people.

I hate to tell you but We do have Billions to spend on war, in fact we have TRILLIONS, MONEY is no option when it comes to doing what it is right. If you feel like going after a continuing threat to regional and world peace is wrong then I'm afraid you just have no clue then.

Those enemies were there before, the difference is now they are not hiding so much and want to publicize who they are to get involved with the fight. Our Allies have been fighting Enemies preaching Islamic dominance for MOre years the the U.S. has been a country...Date back to the periods of the Crusades by Christians as well as Muslims, both sides have fought this war before and we (those of the modern WESTERN Civilization) are not fighting with the ideals of Religon now, but on equality for ALL people to choose their futures and not a select few telling them what it will be.

More soldiers dead then on 9-11 BIG DEAL! Thats right BIG DEAL you know why, look back to the Battles of Ghetysburg, D-day, Battle for Bastogne, Iowa Jima, Okinahwa, The famous Marine Retreat during Korea, The Tet Offensive in 68.....You know what they all have in Common????More Military deaths in single battles then all the deaths combined in Iraq during this whole war....

I speak about this as a Vet who knows the face of WAR, has lost friends in both Afghanistan and Iraq, and has lived amongst the people of Afghanistan. I can't speak on behalf of the soldiers fighting in iraq but I'll bet a nice crisp $1 bill that I'd find one at least that would agree with all this that you read above.

As far as crediability with the world???WHO CARES AT ALL??When the REST OF THE WORLD STOPS asking for AID from US then maybe I'll start to worry! Until Then The only thing I can say is HELL YES this is worth it. 100% and then some am I convinced. It's too bad that CNN and the rest of the media dont really show whats going on, their polls in those countries are Questionable at best

As for world opinion, Once it starts to affect them more on a daily basis I'm sure they will quickly switch to our side

My appologies on the spelling but it took too long for the spell check to go through
