I believe he would not have hesitated to use it.
He would have picked a high profile target like Paris or London too.
With that kind of destruction, you don't need many bombs to intimidate your enemies.

Well, theorectically speaking, If he had them, there wouldve been a nasty Atomic Bomb War come 1945. And the outcome would be as unpredictable as if the war just started today.
We wouldnt know, considering there was 5 "weird weopons" in WW2 under consideration by allies and axis.
these 5 Were:
1) Death Ray
2) Atomic Bomb
3) Veritcle Rising Airplane
4) Space Ship
5) curved-barrel gun
all came to existance by 1969 (space ship the last) the Japanese had made a death ray, but was only effective 3yards close in 1943. the verticle airplane would later be the helicopter. the curved-barrel gun was produced by the germans in 1941, but failed at long range shooting, and we ended WWII with the Atomic Bomb.
The bomb, was seen by the axis as the biggest daydream, cause at that time, there was no evidence of Atoms. only theories. Because of the science then, they chose not to make one. Thats why we got our hands on the bomb instead of the Axis.

The Jews could have been totally eliminated and the Palestinians had no problem nowadays. Good that Hitler had no such powerful weapons. Otherwise, we do not know if we ever had the chance to exist.

Hitler might have used it on Stalingrad and Moscow.
He would probably have threatened to nuke any invading force such as the Allied invasion at Normandy.
