The military need personnel, US prison inmates aren't doing anything. Makes perfect sense. Also, it will make them wake up and see that they aren't as tough as they think, especially gang members. Your thoughts?

We killed more of the enemy in Vietnam than they killed of us and guess what? We lost Vietnam. Now, tell me again how many people we are killing in Iraq. You know, someone here is always saying "We are killing more of the insurgents than they are killing of us". So tell me how we are going to win in Iraq. ( By the way war supporters...63% of Americans are now against the war and you war lovers will go down in shame )

I would really appreciate some statistics on this. I keep arguing with my bro who says that a million people died a year under Sadam Hussain and that the situation is better now. I say it is worse now and hundreds of people are dying every week. Is he right that a million people died in one year. I am a pacifist. He thinks we should have got UN permission to go to war but that intervening by going to war was appropriate.

The term ( Keystone Cops ) has since come to be used to criticize any group for its mistakes, particularly if the mistakes happened after a great deal of energy and activity, or if there was a lack of coordination among the members of the group. For example, the attack on Iraq to bring freedom to that country. Here it is 2006 and the USA military is getting a butt whipping by a group of rag tag men with basic weapons. The USA military looks silly as hell. The writing is on the walls so to say. The USA will go down in defeat. Shame is coming like the shame in Vietnam.

Ok, supposing our Government made a huge conspiracy to kill thousands of americans, and force everyone to believe we were under attack.

The first person to outright post this on the internet. IS STILL ALIVE.. if our government, being so harsh as to kill thousands of innocent people and many more thereafter. Why would they not kill this one person and disable the website. in seconds after it was posted.

But this country secretly wants an underground movement to form, proving these facts. and showing everyone what a horrible thing they are.

Then theyd have to keep the THOUSANDS of workers that went into setting up this bomb. and huge conspiracy to not talk. along with thousands more. all to wage war on Afghanistan * not iraq * iraq was YEARS AFTER.

Bush cant read a cue card much less keep a conspiracy quiet.

Who cares if it was or wasn't terrorists.
It sure as hell wasn't our own government..

So why do y'all insist on there being a government conspiracy?

telling Americas youth they must serve their country, ( by being in the military)one way or another. It is not the point of weather or not I agree, because I do to a point) ,but my kids don't need the likes of you tell me or mine what they must do. Who gives you the right to dictate policy to America's youth. I've been in the military and I feel my kids can do without being torn down to the ground and built back up the way this country has in mind , if fact I have lost all hope in Christians, Republicans, conservatives, and the rest of you spun ducks.Just mind your own business Christian Science Monitor, enjoy your short time in the sun and keep your idols out of my business, as I will be delighted to stay out of yours!

I'm about to move to the air base where my husband works as enlisted personnel. I'd really like to find a civilian job on base, so I won't have to travel far. My first choices would be the base library or commissary. What kinds of offices and departments hire civilian spouses? Thanks.

After a visit to Kabul to be briefed on Nato’s International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) campaign, General Jones took the unusual step of voicing in public his dismay that the 26-nation alliance had failed to provide the troops and equipment needed for such a dangerous mission. Were in DEBT over this war,and we are having our guys killed left and right. Why can't we atleast have furnished them with better Eqpt? AND Why are we still doing combat patrols and putting our heads out there in Iraq when they are supposed to have started taking over?

I HATE reading this, makes me sick. My Husband is over there, and I am so ready for them to get out! Were not wanted there,do you agree?
