a true patriot. I am not talking about the B.S. email story being passed around, but the true story is just as nice. Wanted to help set the record straight. What Denzel did WAS great. We should hear the truth of it. Isn't this nice to hear? Denzel Washington...a true American! http://www.fisherhouse.org/inthenews/actor_04_13_SS.shtml

The Fisher House is a Hotel where soldiers' families can stay, for little or no charge, while their soldier is staying in the Hospital.

As to the credibility issue. This is a story written by the Fisher House itself. Not some news media or scam site.

Yes, what he did was kind and generous, regardless of how it was misreported.

There's nothing anti-American about protest anyway. This country was founded by protestors against British tyranny. Protestors are patriots and those who follow blindly are the ones we should worry about. It was blind allegiance that enabled Hitler to do what he did.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or any one else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about any one else."

Nice story. Flygirl is clearly nuts. And Jesi is lying about the Democrats asking Denzel to speak at their convention.

it truly is a demanding one for me. My popular action picture is Gladiator, and that i respect Russell Crowe, yet i imagine i ought to bypass with Denzel in this one. he's such an really good actor. He became distinctly a lot a touch too solid in practise Day. I hated his position a lot in that action picture that i did not imagine i'd be in a position to demonstrate screen him anymore. He right away redeemed himself in guy on hearth although.

Celebrities think that everyone is entitled to their fcuking clueless opinion-HA, what a laugh! These shiit bags forget that that at one point they were no body and eventually will die as a nobody!! What they are entitled to however; is an invitation to have my foot up their as s or my fist in their mouth!! What Denzel did was generous-God bless his soul-more celebs should have such ethical conduct and heart!!

There are several actors and singers that are quite patriotic. Unfortunately you never hear about them because they are not out there singing songs and making movies that completely are inaccurate about the situation and glamoizing it with hollywood flash. The patriotic ones simply continue to do what they do and add no agenda.

Dissent and questioning the government is the very definition of patriotism. It is our duty to hold our leaders to account. If more people thought like you, we would still be a British colony.

It is your duty as a patriot to call your leaders on their bs.

Very nice but that story would have had more credibility if the writer could spell.
