im planning to go pick up my husband for his homecoming from iraq on sept.30th. i dont get to talk to him much only every once a week so i need your help. i wanted to know where i go to get information on where to go when i get to the base because im from CALIFORNIA! so i wont know anything. i've been to nc twice but my husband's always been the one to take me around the base so i dont really pay attention. can taxi drivers go inside the base? cause im 19 and i wont be able to rent a car. =( is there an exact location where all the troops get dropped off at? or is there different locations and i need to ask someone(and who?) for the specific place. ooOo im so confused and i want to plan this out beforehand because im bringin our 17month baby.. and for mothers, you know how they are... running around everywhere and bein your little pain in the butt. but thanks everyone .. please please help.

Curiously, I had never before heard of "Weapons of Mass destruction" before Bush introduced them to the world. The terrorists were supposed to have them. But what were they? Nukes, chemical weapons or biological weapons?
As of yet, no terrorist has ever used any of the above, and neither is there proof that they have ever had any. But, apparantly WMDs are still being given by the Axis of Evil to the terrorists. Is the term "WMD" intentionally vague in such a way as to slink away from actually proving that such weapons exist?

You see so many people blaming the US ARMY here for everything that goes on. We're at war, blame the army they're stealing the oil. Putting it in Jugs,and giving it to companies like BP,Shell and whatnot.

Yet, for any solider, to come back, the only things you're allowed to come back with are SOUVENIERS, like small Iraqi bills, and a few other things. We're not allowed to take SAND from iraq.

But we're hoarding the oil right?
And to add some conspiracy theory so you retards will love me. George bush is actually out there planting IED's himself. and then hes filling gas cans with more oil so he can get richer.

When will you people stop believing some of the stupid rumors you hear everywhere, stop spreading stupid conspiracy theories ( OMG BUSH FAKED 911 TO GO TO WAR WITH IRAQ! )
and finally realize that the war. has little to do with the army?

my recruiter sent a list to me regarding the different jobs and their encentives. and i have found throughout the list that there are several job numbers (on the list) that are not on army.com. I have also been looking at what about.com has and have found that the jobs and descriptions are limited. can someone give me the location of ALL the possible jobs that the Army has to offer, including job number and description? I was also wondering, if I were to find a job that offers a 4000 enlistment bonus, when and how will I get it? I have heard that they will give half of it after completion of AIT and the rest in small sums over a period of time. can someone please help?

I have asked this question before, but now there are different circumstances attached. My husband and I gained custody of his 3 children over a year ago. Due to the mother being involved with an individual who was arrested before for child abuse and domestic violence among other things. After custody was switched she filed an appeal due to this man not being a material change of circumstance to have changed custody. The application for appeal was denied. She is still in the relationship but trying to keep it quiet. Now, my husband recently got orders to Japan, which she can take us back to court again for change of custody. This is taking place in GA and we live in FL, so the children are not even in her state, and visitation is 2 times a month, some which she never takes. Unfortunately, in Ga the custodial parent does not retain the right to automatically retain custody, even though my husband is the sole custodian, she only has visitation. Advice PLS!

When a US Army company does a run for PT, who normally leads? Does the company commander normally lead or just the first sergeant? Does it specify in any documents? I couldn't find anything about company runs in FM 21-20.
