Air Force, definately no. You would have to ask a recruiter for specifics, but I know that they do background checks to make sure there are no felonys and things like that.

No because of the London-berg agreement states that you may not possess any fire arm if you have been convicted of a domestic crime or felony therefore you can not do your job when deployed.

i have seen the army give waivers for all kinds of things. the air force is no for sure, but the army maybe.
